In our college 24/7 Wi-Fi hot water filtered water and a watchman or guardian. In hostel the food quality is not bad. The college has a ground for sports, and also conducts games and competitions.The hospital is near the hostel, and it also has a ground connected to the hostel to play. Also, the college supports the physical growth of students. There's everything except gym.
Academics
In my experience from what I have seen half the facult is good those who are young while those who are old just didn't care. And what they teach is only half relevant, I have to additionally study to become job ready. And basically I did B. Tech in electronics and telecommunications because it gave lots of scope to learn different things.
Placements
For the 2024 placements, approximately 100% of students secured positions, with the highest package around 12 LPA and the college average at 4-5 LPA. Though overall packages vary by branch and company, with top recruiters including Cognizant, TCS, and Eaton.

Mostly at IBS Mumbai, the teachers are visiting faculty and are very sound in their respective subjects. The college prefers the case study method of teaching. Teachers also motivate the students to pursue their dream and be a good businessman. Here I'm doing pgpm in operationa and currently interning in yulu bikes.

There is a huge scope in marketing and finance specialisation, and usually, students get the job of assistant manager. The salary package offered varies from 4-48 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. ICICI, Tolaram, HDFC, JP Morgan, Lodha, Nestle, are top companies.

As a first-year girl hosteller at VIT-AP University, my experience has been balanced and positive so far. Our teachers are very understanding, helpful, and qualified. They clear our doubts. They don't give special attention to weak students. The curriculum is outdated by a margin, but we must get through it if we want the certificate. And Yes, they want to make the students industry-ready.

There were 40 people in my class The highest was 5.5LPA & the lowest was 3.0LPA Atleast 70% people got internship in some companies. They offer a variety of roles. Lots of companies come & select u if u did your best. Several students who got internships in the companies such as Bajaj, Godrej, etc. Yes, it's good and worth it.

The campus is not huge, but it's okay. You will find a garden in front of the college. I made lots of friends and it was good I enjoyed NY time there.

Infrastructure wise, it is very well-equipped with many facilities. Library, IT lab, Wi-Fi campus, with proper classrooms. There are three canteen in the college with good hygienic foods of all types, along with CCD coffee outlet inside the college. The college has no hostel of its own but they helped in finding one nearby. The quality of the food in the canteens are good and hygienic. There are rooms for indoor games in the college as well, one can enjoy carrom, chess, table tennis, etc. in college. The college has no outside playground.

Teachers and faculty are highly qualified and experienced with more than 15 years in corporate which help give corporate exposure to the children. The method of teaching of IBS Mumbai is very well which includes a case study method, the best way to learn practically. The course curriculum is up to date with all the necessary subjects as needed in the market. This helps the students to be industry-ready. But one professor of accounts is there with whom I had a very bad experience I just don't understand how he teaches.

IBS Mumbai has a record of 99% placements till today. Our seniors had a batch size of 1200 approximately. Everyone has been placed in well-renowned companies. Moving from home to the hostel was a huge change, but the girls' hostel here is actually quite "aesthetic" and safe. The rooms are clean, and the hygiene is 10/10. Since I don’t play sports, my main workout is walking from the hostel to the academic blocks! My absolute favorite spot is the Food Street. It’s the perfect place to "vibe" with my girl gang after a long day of classes. We grab snacks, listen to music, and just de-stress. The campus has so much greenery that it’s actually a great place for taking photos for the 'gram.

As a BBA student, our schedule is pretty much "sorted" since we don't have to deal with the FFCS rush. Our classes are in the new buildings which are super "chill" (literally, the AC is great). The faculty members are very sweet and positive. They treat us like adults and are always ready to help if we get stuck. I managed to score an good GPA in my first semester because the teaching style is very practical and doesn't feel like a burden. It’s more about understanding business than just memorizing books.

Even though it's only my first year, the college keeps us "hyped" about placements. We get to see all the big companies coming to the campus for the seniors. Since VIT-AP is a big brand, I feel very secure knowing that I’ll have great opportunities in my third year. The college holds a lot of workshops for us to improve our confidence and speaking skills, which is a big plus for business students.

The college looks very modern and clean. As a day scholar, I spend most of my free time in the Central Library because it is quiet and has very cold AC, which is perfect for studying between classes. The classrooms are big and have projectors for digital learning. There is also a place called Food Street with many small shops where I usually grab a quick snack before catching my bus home.

The BBA course here is a bit different because they teach us about technology and computers along with business. This is part of their "STEM" style of teaching. The teachers are helpful and use real-life examples instead of just books. The exams happen quite often, and the grading is competitive, so you have to study regularly to keep a high GPA like mine.

Even though I am only in my first year, the college talks about jobs from day one. They have a special office called the CDC that helps students get ready for interviews.
