Sahasra Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Warangal, famed for imparting various pharmacy education. The institute admits students based on merit on a merit basis ensuring that eligible candidates have the privilege to pursue their Pharmaceutical education. Approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Sahasra Institute offers programs for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs relating to Pharmacy. Admission usually starts immediately after the announcement of the results from the entrance exam. For B.Pharma admissions, the specific ranks of applicants are considered mainly from the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET).

The selection is done through counseling-based allotment of seats purely on merit for seats under the government quota, others under management quota seats which may be done by a selection process of the Institute based on academic performance and entrance exam scores.
Admission Process based on Degree
B.Pharma: Admission to the 4-year B.Pharma program depends mainly on the TS EAMCET ranks. The course has 60 seats. 70% is allocated through TS EAMCET counseling, while 30% are opened to management entry based on merit from the intermediate examination or state government directives.
M.Pharma: Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Analysis are two M.Pharma programs offered by Sahasra Institute, and each program contains 30 seats. Admission is based on GPAT and TS PGECET ranks. 70% of the seats are filled through GPAT and TS PGECET counseling. The remaining 30% will go to a management quota based on TS PGECET rank or B.Pharmacy percentage marks.
Pharm.D: 6-year Pharm.D program has 25 seats. Admissions are similar to M.Pharma concerning GPAT and TS PGECET ranks for 70% of seats, 30% being filled up via management quota.
