Sarojini Naidu Vanita Pharmacy Maha Vidyalaya admission procedure usually begins in April/May for the August/September beginning academic year. Undergraduate admissions (B.Pharma and Pharm.D) in Sarojini Naidu Vanita Pharmacy Maha Vidyalaya, Secunderabad are done through the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), which is conducted annually in April/May. Admission to B.Pharma with an intake of 100 seats is on the basis of TS EAMCET rank. Admission is through web counseling by the TS EAMCET Convener. 70% of the seats are filled through the convener quota based on TS EAMCET ranks and 30% by the management based on merit in the qualifying examination (Intermediate or equivalent 10+2).
Pharma.D has 30 intake seats with the same selection process as B.Pharma. Candidates must pass TS EAMCET and go through counseling process. Seat distribution is the same as that of B.Pharma with 70% convener and 30% management quota.

Selection is made on the basis of GPAT scores, and then ranks obtained in TS PGECET. Admission is through web counseling conducted by the TS PGECET Convener. 70% of the seats are filled through the convener quota on the basis of GPAT and PGECET ranks, and 30% are filled by the management on the basis of merit in PGECET and B.Pharmacy.
