If you complete your 12th from NIOS, then pass Mathematics through ODE you are eligible for sscbs.

Admission to all undergraduate programs at SSCBS is based on your performance in the CUET and BMS and BBA (FIA) program required maths.

Yes, you can apply to SSCBS BBA (FIA) using your CBSE 12th certificate and the NIOS mathematics certificate as seperate results but you must have a full Class 12 pass from a single board like CBSE. No need to retake exam for new certificate.

And after that you must take the CUET exam with the correct subject combination including English, Maths and a General Test.also,register on Delhi University's CSAS portal after the CUET results are announced.
