The college has tie-up arrangements with famous and leading hospitals. For the clinical experiences and field experiences in all the Nursing subjects. All clinical experiences will be provided as per the standards prescribed by INC, Delhi. The TN Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai, and the TN Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai. The students should maintain good conduct, character, and behavior at all times during the 4 years of study. The student's behavior should be good in the community as well as in the hospital clinical area. They should maintain the dignity and code of nursing ethics at all times. The student's achievements will be informed to the parents from time to time. Any type of ragging is punishable and students found guilty will be dismissed from the college at any time of their study, besides, criminal action as per the Government instruction and guidance will be imposed.

The College Library has a good collection of books nearly 3700 books in all subjects and more than 50 types of journals, totally around 2500 journals.

The Shenbagha College of Nursing has qualified expert Nursing teachers, specialists in the Basic Medical Science subjects and in behavioral sciences. Nutrition Laboratory: Has all the required articles to learn nutrition and cookery in a conclusive environment. Community Health Nursing Laboratory: Brings the students of learning the community health Nursing in the original settings in the classroom, PHC, Urban and Rural Community. Maternity and Child Health Nursing Lab: This experience is provided in the lab as well as in the clinical setup. Micro-Biology, Bio-Chemistry and Pharmacology Lab: Well equipped to learn the subject in the first phase of direct learning before learning them in the Hospital situation.
