Shree Santkrupa College of Pharmacy, Karad, is among the premier pharmacy colleges. The college has a systematic admission process for screening qualified candidates for its varied courses. The eligibility criterion for admission into different programs is customized, and admissions to undergraduate programs, such as B. Pharma, rely only on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET). Date of MHT CET for the PCB group (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) is generally in April, and the forthcoming one is on April 8, 2025. Evaluation is done through the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) entrance examination for admissions into the postgraduate courses, especially those offered by M Pharma. This is a national-level entrance examination for pursuers of an M.Pharma degree in such discipline as Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: The B. Pharma program at Shree Santkrupa College of Pharmacy is based on MHT CET results. The course has an approved intake of 60 seats. Candidates must qualify in the MHT CET examination to be eligible for admission. The total fee for the B.Pharma program is Rs 335,000.
M.Pharma: The college provides two specializations, namely the M.Pharma with Pharmaceutics and the M.Pharma with Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. Admissions to both these programs are based on the GPAT entrance exam. For each program, a fee of Rs 159,500 is charged. Although specific seat numbers are not available, these postgraduate programs cater to students planning to specialize into advanced areas of pharmacy.
D.Pharma: It also provides the program of Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) with 60 approved seats. Exact admission details with regard to this program are not available, but probably admissions are based on qualifying 12th standard results or state-level entrance examination.
