Shreeyash Institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

Students can be admitted to the D.Pharma course provided they fulfil the basic eligibility criteria. The approved sanctioned intake is 60 students per year. Shreeyash Institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad offers admission to students as per the guidelines of the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education and under the directions of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai. Students shall apply online through DTE’s official website for admission into the diploma course. The institute shall admit candidates through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

The admission process is as mentioned below:

• All eligible candidates are required to fill the application form online as per the notified schedule. 
• This includes filling of all the details and uploading scanned images of necessary original documents as per the requirements
• The application fee for the general category is ₹400 and that of the reserved categories is ₹300
• The candidate shall take a printout of the submitted application form and sign it.
•  The next step is document verification at a dedicated facilitation centre through the method prescribed by the competent authority for this purpose. It is mandatory on the candidate’s part to produce all original documents in support of the claim made in the application form 
• The competent authority is offering the facility of e-scrutiny in addition to the physical scrutiny of the documents. The candidate shall select the mode of scrutiny depending upon his / her convenience.
• The next step is display or publishing of provisional merit lists, submission of grievances (if any), through the method prescribed by the competent authority for this purpose and display or publishing of final merit lists
• The competent authority shall publish the information on its website about institutes, courses offered, sanctioned intake and number of seats available for each category before each round.
• Candidates may fill in preferences of institutes and courses in decreasing order of their preference. The option form once confirmed shall be considered for allotment in the respective CAP rounds.
• In order to participate in the CAP (subject to fulfilment of the eligibility requirements of the respective CAP round), it is mandatory to fill out the online option form for the respective CAP Round
• Display of provisional allotment of respective CAP rounds indicating allotted institute and course
• The admission process is concluded by reporting and accepting the offered seat at the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) by the candidate as per the schedule declared by the competent authority.
