I have done my bachelors in accounting and finance from the college. Post which I took great interest in finance and then enrolled myself for PGDM later on in the same field of study. Studying in SSY was life changing

Shri shikshayatn college is one of the prestigious college in Kolkata. It provides with an array for specialisations. I have done my graduation in B.com hns in the year 2015. The faculty as well as the management helps you has the best time during your entire ciriculam

Campus experience was great. Along with such knowledgeable teachers we get to enjoy the extra curriculars as well that has shaped us for the bette r future
Placements
The placements were not very promt during the bachelors but they make you market ready so that you can ace jobs post the degree. Not only it opens doors for the jobs but also makes you ready for your further higher studies.

I am a student of Economics and the faculty was really good .If you are looking for a college with strong and experienced professors Shri Shikshayatan college,Kolkata is the best option. The college is affiliated to Calcutta university.
College Infra
College has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment.
All classrooms are fully air conditioned.We also have a clean purely veg canteen,there are proper laboratories and proper wifi.
Placements
Placement is not applicable for all.It comes if you're are good enough in your academics and if you are skilled enough to get a Placement just after completing your graduation. I am an alumni of Shri Shikshayatan college, Kolkata but honestly my Placement desires were not fully satisfied.

We enjoy each and every practical class of two hours as everything is taught to us with great effort and support
College Infra
My degree is Journalism and Mass Communication Honours at Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata and I am very much satisfied with every facility we are provided with. Starting from tech labs to classrooms, everything is maintained properly.
Placements
I think Shri shikshayatan college is the best in providing placements for commerce students as well known companies to provide the students with job opportunities.
Other departments also get placements but the rate is highest for commerce students .
