The infrastructure is good but the campus is pretty small as it is with the school but overall the classrooms have ac and is very comfortable and there are high tech computer labs and a big library for the students

the academics of the college is great. i am studying bcom hons in accountancy and finance and my experience with the faculty and teaching is quite great . teachers are very helpful anthe result every year the college does is also remarkable.

As heard from the seniors the placements are pretty decent with companies like the big 4 coming for campusing along with big banks and other companies for e the bcom students with a good amount of plaqcements each year

for bcom hons the fees is roughly around 25k per sem which is 50k per year which is honestly fine considering the facilities the college provides and looking at my results in the past few sems i am satisfied

there is not much campus life in the college as there are not many breaks and stuff but the clubs are pretty good with events. the location is very good in near exide in a calm locality of lord sinha road

The college has quite a good infrastructure. It provides the students with all necessary resources. The facilities available are air- conditioning classrooms ,library,canteen,a huge playground,lab rooms for computer and science,a garden an auditorium and certain indoor games. We have projectors for educational purposes. They are all used and well maintained. The living spaces are hygienic and cleanliness of the place is taken care of.

I am currently pursuing my bachelor's in commerce degree from this college. The quality of teaching is good. While some of the teachers are quite friendly some of them are very strict. Yes, the curriculum is updated and includes allthe recent developments in the field. No. Not yet.

Shri shikshayatan college has a placement cell that actively works to secure job opportunities for students , with a focus on internships and placements at reputed companies. A significant percentage of students, around 75% are placed through placement cell's efforts.

The course i am pursuing relatively costed 60,000 per year inclusive of all tution fees and examination fees. I pursued a 4 year BCOM(HONS). With the type of campus cleanliness and hygiene it offers in my view my money 's worth

Shri shikshayatan college offers a good campus life with a focus on areas of academic,cultural and extracurricular activites. The key activities of campus life are they organize two fests every year, college engages with community engagement with students etc.

Infra is good. Campus has Wi-Fi connectivity all over the campus, smart class rooms, and a library that is prepared to handle academics as well as competitive exams. Sports facilities are not more, but the college does have cultural events and club activities for student activity.

There are mostly good faculty members, especially for finance and marketing. They are well-equipped and experienced, and the class teaching has more theoretical classes, with attempts being made for more practical classes. The course is industry-focused, but the class teaching can be more practical-based.

Some of the students do get placed from college, a majority of them need to search for off-campus placements. The best was approximately ₹8 LPA, and the worst was somewhere around ₹2.5–3 LPA. The students can expect ₹3.5–4.5 LPA packages on average.

Our college infrastructure was really good. All our classrooms were equipped with amenities like white boards, projectors and a good number of charging points. As per University syllabus, the collection of books were more than sufficient and the labs were also very well maintained and had all the required infrastructure.

Since, the college is under Calcutta University, the curriculum was in line with the University's syllabus. The professors provided a good understanding of concepts and were helpful. Also, for practicals the basic concepts and applications were explained and demonstrated with precision.

For my department, I hadn't heard of any placements being held at that time. Moreover, after completing Hons in Economics, most of the students were interested in pursuing post graduation in different universities.

Shri shikshayatan offers a blend of academic excellence and modern infrastructure .Our college organises various events to boost the confidence of students and make them ready for the greater world and innumerable opportunities waiting for them. It’s a college of great reputation and one of the best colleges in Kolkata. Our college ha air conditioned classrooms with smart boards, wifi enabled within the campus and a beautiful cafeteria. Also hygiene is maintained in a very proper manner. The environment is heavenly surrounded by greenery.

Our college offers a wide range of courses. Students are thankful for such an amazing teaching staff. Our college also offers scholarships for high academic achiever’s. The curriculum fosters creativity, thoughtfulness and knowledge.

Placement drives in our college is amazing. Approximately 80% of the student secure placements with reputable companies like Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and TCS. The highest salary package is around 12 lakhs.

Shri Shikshayatan college is very budget friendly with a very pocket friendly cost of ₹25000 per semester. Also I think the money is very rightly invested since we have facilities like libraries, air conditioned classrooms with smart boards. Also the environment is very soothing.

Our college campus is beautiful surrounded by trees. It’s one of the best college campuses in Kolkata. Various events are organised in our college and we also have NSS volunteers in our college. Even the support staff abd teachers are very friendly and always refer to the doubts of the students.

The infrastructure was great with decent classrooms and all the aspects like wifi and class room set up is been well maintained and regular cleaning always makes it a great place to study with huge library

Best teaching staff who always made sure tahg students study hard and are understanding everything clearly also many real time examples which makes our learning great and effective around all the subjects which are their.

Their were decent placement but as I was planning for higher education I don't know much about it but I know that Deloitte has come for placement and some students started their career over their in that company

All the essential infrastructure required is present in our college including library, sports room , swimming pool, ground ,smart classrooms with AC's, wifi facilities, canteen, computer labs. The classes and washrooms are cleaned frequently and the food we get in our canteen is hygienic as well as affordable.

The standard of study sets a benchmark in the whole city. The faculty is fairly qualified and friendly at the same time. The curriculum is updated according to the new NEP policy. They have included all the recent additions made through the NEP.

The college provides various cources along with commerce courses. And the placement percentage is fairly moderate. It depends on the performance of the students. The average package might be around 7-10 lpa.

This course will help me with my career in the future and doing it from a NAAC accredited College gives some more benefits. This course costs me about 27000 per semester and I feel that it is worth my money because of all the facilities that the college has included in my 4 years of college life .

The college campus has the potential to make students be engaged in the various activities involving sports and drama and all other co-curricular activities that helps us to actively participate. The environment around is safe and comfortable.

college has an outstanding infrastructure. Every room has a modern outlook. Every classroom is equipped with microphones, projector systems, and AC. The B.ed department has it's own library and computer facility.

Science and Commerce, the College offers career oriented courses like Marketing and Accounting and Finance under Commerce, BBA, B.Ed. and Journalism and Mass Communications in three sections – Morning, Day and Evening. It is one of the few colleges in the city to offer three vernacular languages – Bengali, Hindi, Urdu – alongside English which adds a unique dimension as a multilingual College

There is no placement opportunity in B.ed department of shri shikshayatan. They only provide you with the degree. The will give you suggestions about different school where teachers require for different posts.

I think the course cost is higher. I feel that i got all the facilities which is required for my course. Inspite of the course fees there is several things which is held in the department need money.

Besides academic excellence, our objective has been to uphold social responsibility and inculcate good citizenry amongst our students. Reaching out to society at large, our students have consistently participated in social service platforms in College like NSS, LTS, SWC and COSU. Organising regular NSS special camps have enabled students to connect with the marginalised sections of our society and contribute to their well being in a rewarding manner.

The campus is very small. There is no playground. The Rooms are big and Air conditioned . The canteen is big and provides varieties of food. They are good in taste. There is also a swimming pool and yoga Room and gym.

The teachers are very helpful. The notes are provided of each and every paper in a detailed manner. The qualities of Notes are excellent. The teachers are very kind and friendly . The college is very well organized in terms of classes .

The college Don't provide any placement. This is a minus point. It is a big college hence should provide a placement. Which will be good for the students and will benefit The students in future . There should be a placement cell

Apart from hostel my college has all facilities, infrastructure and equipment. Classrooms, labs, libraries, sports centre all are easily accessible It is clean and hhygienic.to students. All equipment are well maintained.

B.Com (hons). Curriculum is not relevant to real life situations. It needs to be updated .no it doesn't even makes a person job ready since what is being taught is purely theoretical and not based on how real life accounting is being done. Usage of different varieties of softwares should be taught in depth. Filing of taxes , etc should be taught in real time basis.

No placements provided for the students in this college. Students have to apply privately and college doesn't contribute any efforts for placements and package offered. These are often solely based on students performance in exams.and their knowledge. 20000 approx per month is the average salary offered to students. The college is not supportive in this regards.

25000 per pear for three years. No , I am not getting my money's worth . The curriculum.taught in calcutta university is old fashioned. It needs to be updated as per the requirement of jobs. The introduction of ai is also a need in this Era.

Campus is good , clean and apt for students. Locations is top notch and safe as well. There are lot of activities to engage in for students. It also has in house swimming pool and basket ball court. It also has hospitals , and other emergency facilities nearby.
