The classrooms are big and spacious. Every classroom has air conditioners and projector. The libraries are well equipped with books of every subjects taught of various authors and publications. There's is also room for research in a seperate section in the library. The canteen is clean and well maintained.

College follows the curriculum curated by Calcutta University. The professors teach everyday with proper lesson plan and suitable notes. Study materials are also provided for important topics. The department of English is very well known for its quality of education provided.

As I have not taken any placement from the college I'll not be able to comment much. But the placement cell comes up with internship, research and teaching opportunities. Our professors also help us to gain such opportunities.

Yes. Pursuing graduation or post graduation from this college would be highly beneficial as it provides with various amenities, opportunities and good quality of education.

The infrastructure of the college is very nice, all the washrooms are neat and clean, there is a facility of smart board as well and also the laboratories are having new computers where students were go and learn from there without any issue and also the wifi set up is well done in the college infrastructure.

I was studied there a bcom honours. All the faculty members are very good. There teaching style is just fabulous. All are very supportive, they also conduct a doubt class if anyone having the doubt in any of the particular topic from any subjects.

The quality of placement is also good. As Deloitte, concentrix, decathlon such company came for the placement, also the placement team are very much supportive, after the completion of the course also they create telegram channel through which anyone who are in need of the job, they help them and get it placed soon.

Per year the cost of the course is 42000, they provide all the facility to the students, also they help in their exams so that, they will be able to get Good marks. They provide notes as well and having a regular classes shows that the college are very value for their money as they provide a productive and knowledgeable classes to us.

College campus is very good. I will rate it 3 as office staff are not at all supportive, the things which will be done in 1 day they took 4-5 days for the completion. And if we forgot to bring pen to sign the document they will not at all providing they told us to bring your own pen and then took the document. I also complained for that but no such action taken, but if we told about the teachers they are very much supportive and help their students whenever they needed the most.

The college has a good campus. We find it peaceful to be in this place. And the classrooms are too big for many students to accommodate. The canteen is pity nice which covers a small part of the college campus.

College provides us with great knowledge about the courses. If someone pays attention in the lectures the person need to get any tuitions. College solves all the doubts if a student require for it in any subject.

Every year different companies come for placement procedure. Every student is eligible in this placement. And ROI is pity good depending on the profile of the student. The placement process is easy as every one can apply for the placement procedure.

NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE....WE ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO USE ANY FACILITIES....NEED TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT AS THEY DOESN'T HELP US IN ANYTHING REGARDING ANY MATTER....THE CANTEEN IS ALSO NOT THAT GOOD..THEY DO NOT ALLOW US TO USE THE LIFT NOT EVEN IN BAD HEALTH CONDITION..

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.THOUGH IT WAS A VERY REPUTED COLLEGE BUT THE QUALITY OF TEACHING IS VERY POOR..THERE BEHAVIOUR WAS NOT SO GOOD.THEY ARE NOT EVEN HELPFUL IN CLEARING DOUBTS.SOME OF THEM BEHAVE SO ARROGANTLY...OVERALL I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TEACHING BEHAVIOUR OF TEACHERS AND MANAGEMENT..

THERE IS NO BETTER PLACEMENT HERE.....PLACEMENT AND STUDENT COUNCELLING NEED TO BE IMPROVED.....FOR PLACEMENT NO COMPANY CAME AND THEY CLAIMED THAT YOU WILL GET PLACEMENT BUT AT THE END WE DO NOT GOT ANY PLACEMENT.

CAMPUS LIFE CAN BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN NEW THINGS , MEET NEW PEOPLES AND HAVE FUN.. BUT THERE IS NO SUCH THING REGARDING CAMPUS LIFE HERE.....YOU DON'T GET ANY KIND OF EXPOSURE OVER HERE.....

OVERALL CAMPUS IS NOT GOOD I WILL PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE...

The college has all the necessary infrastructure but you are not allowed to use it you can just go to your own classroom and then you can go back to your home . Classrooms are air-conditioned, it has a beautiful library which you can access, canteen is there but not that great .

The teachers are good over there but for one subject only there are two to three teachers allotted which makes it different for you to understand otherwise it is nice . The teaching does not make you job ready over there .

The placement is near to zero from evening batch only 2 people were selected. Only 2 companies had come for the placements do not think that they will provide you placements. Even after charging so much money .

The course is not at all a value for money as you can get the same certificate from Calcutta University from some other colleges which does charge you so much money I have paid one lakh fifty thousand rupees for a b.com course which can easily be done within 10000 .

Campus Life is also not so good there is nothing as a campus Life you can just go to your class room and then from there you will have to go back to your home nothing is there which you can do maximum you can go to the library, they have a gym room which is now closed as all the equipment were broken.

I will never recommend this college to anyone, as they are charging alot for a b.com course and it is not also a value for money from my end , no such good facilities are provided no good infrastructure is provided, for swimming also they will charge you alot . The faculty is not at all helpful in nature they will make you run for 100 times for a simple job which can be done easily.

It is a total girls college and the infrastructure and the facilities are quite good. It is a very disciplined college and library out there has a various collection of books having different genres. These college conducts various fests and the students can even participate in inter-college events.

The are two full time long lasting teachers and nine guest lecturers. Many have done MBA, PGDM, M.Phil, ,M.Sc, etc. Teachers from different colleges in India and sometimes outside India visit our college and holds seminars.

About 75% of the students got placed from this college and it very well known and good. The top recruiters are Accenture, EY, Wipro technology Ltd, HDFC bank Pvt.Ltd, Amazon, Kotak Mahindra Bank and many more.

The course that costs per year is 55k per annum and it is a lot worth a money

Books supplies are ample in library. Classrooms are AC, quite neat and tidy. Sports activities are conducted for both school and college students. There's a literacy and women's society. (CHORCHA) is such a group run by students. It hosts a lot of cultural and social programs in college.

The campus has good facilities , including a well stocked library and modern classrooms.It has spacious classrooms and other amenities like a cafeteria and sports facilities.It has canteen with tasty and healthy foods.

The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive,and the curriculum is well structured.They offer wide range of courses in various disciplines , providing students with well- rounded education . It focuses on not just theoretical knowledge but also practical application, ensuring that students are prepared for their future careers.

The college provided various opportunities for internship and career development . Students who passed the internship exam were offered placements.The college has a good teack record of placing students in well known companies,and they strive to ensure that students are prepared for their professional careers.However it's important to note that individual performance ,skills and market conditions also play a role in placements.

As for the value for the money,It's always a subjective matter but considering the college's facilities academic programmes and opportunities ,it seems like a worthwhile investment .

Shikshayatan college is in a safe and convenient area.The staff and teachers are known to be friendly , supportive ans dedicated to their student's success.They strive to create a positive learning environment and provide guidance whenever needed.

The school building and college building is together , hence the there is space crunch.. No playground facilities, no auditorium with average library facilities. All classrooms are equipped with smart class room facilities

The quality of teaching and professors are top notch, with updated curriculum in my subject and adequate field work. Lack of placement facilities, which I think is a must for any graduate college. Student should be make job ready.

There was placement facilities in my course. Placement facilities is a must for every college as students are investing so much of their time and money, one can expect a good return of interest. Colleges and universities should come up with good placement offers

I have experienced my best days in this College. Infrastructure is amazing. Security is very good. The college has labs, cafeteria, Library, common room, huge classrooms with projectors and many more.

The teachers are brilliant, their way of teaching makes things easy to learn and understand. Project work is given in current affairs and matters, external reviews are also done, faculties from other colleges attend the same.

Placements are good... College provides us internship with we'll reputed companies. They gives us tremendous opportunity by providing us with different workshops and seminar. Some of my friends are working with good companies.

The college also focuses on extra curricular activities... participation in fests etc. Debate, drama, dance, singing and many more.

Yes we've proper infrastructure in our campus starting from classroom to computer labratory for practicals. The corridors and classroom are cleaned repeatedly after every batch is over so it's completely higienic. Canteen is quite far from bcom allotted classrooms but the food is pretty good.

I'm currently persuing bcom hons in accounting and finance. One thing for sure is that the quality of teaching is top notch, you'll really learn and enjoy the classes. I'm fascinated about accounts and I like numbers so I want to enter into corporate with this specialisation. Recently the curriculum has been upgraded for the 2023 batch but for us do have the theoretical knowledge but lacks in practical knowledge. It would've been better if our college provided us with industry exposure

For placements I would say it's avg not in the sense of quality but quantity. For our batch which willl be graduating 2024 we only got Deloitte for Auditing position. For which 200 students applied and 60 got selected and then after the Group discussion and Personal interview 24 students were selected.

My course cost me around 1.5L excluding the examination fees n all. I would say compare to other private institutions it's pretty cheap nd with quality.

College campus life has not been that much fun because for bcom dept we've continuous classes from 6:40 till 10:40 so it's only the in between breaks of 10mins max for having lunch n all. Teachers are really supportive and experienced. It's located in the main road, easy to commute and it's safe

If you want to dedicate your 4 years to studying then it's a pretty good option. We've many clubs like dance, drama, consultancy,etc which you can join nd enjoy and learn from.
