36 MonthsSiva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM), offers Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) approved by AICTE. The FPM scholars of SSIM are required to undertake a rigorous interdisciplinary research in contemporary areas of management having serious implications for the corporate world and society.
FPM is launched with the objective of developing outstanding scholars for careers in teaching and research. To achieve this, the programme provides scholars with the knowledge and research skills that help them become specialist researchers, with sufficient depth of knowledge in different domains of management.
SSIM offers Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) (Full time) and Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) (Part time) for working professionals.
Areas of Specialization
The following are the specializations offered in FPM and EFPM Programmes :
- Economics, Accounting &Finance.
- Marketing Management.
- Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
- Operations Management.
- Strategic Management.
A Candidate shall submit his/ her Thesis only after a minimum period of three years after registration. However, the maximum period allowed for the submission of the Thesis is five years from the date of admission to the Programme.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant seeking admission to the FPM programs of SSIM needs to be adhering to the following eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility Conditions for FPM (Full time)
To be considered for admission into the FPM (Full time) at SSIM, the applying candidate must possess one of the following qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/PG in allied subjects like Economics, Commerce and statistics with 60 percent aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average
- A graduate with professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS .
Eligibility Conditions for Executive FPM (Part time)
To be considered for admission into the EFPM (Part time) at SSIM. The candidate must have completed minimum five years of work experience and must possess one of the following qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/PG in allied subjects like Economics, Commerce and statistics with 60 percent aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average
- A graduate with professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS
