24 MonthsMaster of Science (M.Sc) in Child Health Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), also recognised by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC).
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc Nursing (4-year course) with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university
- Candidates with B.Sc Nursing and P.B.B.Sc. Nursing (if applicable) are also eligible
Professional Requirements:
- Valid registration with State Nursing Registration Council as Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM)
- For Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: No need experience after registration as RN/RM
- Medically fit as certified by a registered medical practitioner
