Sri Ganganagar College of Nursing located in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, is a constituent unit of Tantia University aimed at imparting quality nursing education. The college offers a variety of nursing courses focusing on B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, and M.Sc Nursing specializations at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The admission process of Sri Ganganagar College of Nursing stands to assess the potential candidates for the programs available under its wing. The college affiliation with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) has given it a national standard for nursing education programs.  Basically for undergraduate programs eligibility is 10+2 pass from a recognized board in science. Application Process

The admission process is fairly simple at Sri Ganganagar College of Nursing:

Degree Wise Admission Process

B.Sc Nursing: This undergraduate course is for four years with an intake of 100 students. Those who completed 10+2 with science subjects can apply to the program. The total cost for the program stands up to Rs 540,000.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This two-year program is for registered nurses intending to upgrade their qualifications with 50 students as an intake. The total fee for the Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing is Rs 160,000.

M.Sc Nursing will have five areas of specialization, with two students allotted per specialization, which will be for two years. The specializations for M.Sc Nursing include:

1. M.Sc Community Health Nursing
2. M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing
3. M.Sc Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing
4. M.Sc Paediatric Nursing
5. M.Sc Psychiatric Nursing

For each M.Sc Nursing specialization, the total fees will be Rs 300,000. For these programs, candidates must have completed B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
