The college is known for it's highly educated and experienced teaching staff. The teachers make it a point to focus on each and every student. Our curriculum is regularly updated and the teachers take care of the recent developments.

Our college has one of the best placement cells in Delhi University. Reputed companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Mckinsey, Bain etc come to campus to recruit students. Many interns are also hired by the companies on a regular basis.

My course costed about 16k per year which is more than a reasonable cost for the facilities and benefits provided by the college.

Our college is close to the durgabai metro stations which makes commute very easy. There's a variety of societies and the students can engage in activities that interest them the most.

Hands down the best college in DU!

It has good infra,the library is clean and well maintained.Staff and professors are friendly.Spaceous classrooms with smart class are there.Lab facilities are quite good too with latest laboratory equipments.

BSc Lifesciences is a good course as it gives us an overview of all aspects of Biological Sciences unlike the honors courses which are domain specific.Webinars are held every few months to give you aninsight on how the industry works.

Placement cell fairs are held every year.Moreover,workshops and webinarsare held every once ina while too tomotivate students.Resume shortlisting etc is also done.Tips and tricks to improve your self worthand resume etc are told.

You are gonna pay qui less thaan private colleges for the same thing that they’ll teach you.Moreover its a reputed Government institute,What else matters?

Sri venkateswara college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. It has it's own library, grounds, wifi, canteen, auditorium, laboratories, classrooms etc. The infrastructure of college is well maintained and is kept neat and tidy.

This college is known for its highly educated and experienced teaching staff. Our classes take place on the given time schedule, all the teachers make it a point to focus on each and every student in class. Regular tests are taken and overall academics are very good. Our current curriculum is regularly updated and teachers take care of the recent developments. Our teachers focus on imparting practical knowledge for the students which makes us job ready and industry ready.

Our college has one of the best placement cells in Delhi University. In the last year,highest package was of 15 lakhs per annum. Reputed companies like EY, KPMG and Deloitte come to recruit the students. Many interns are also hired by reputed companies on a regular basis. I have not been placed yet but I have high hopes from the placement cell of the college.

My course costed about 12.5k per year. Which is a reasonable cost for the kind of infrastructure, facilities and the benefits offered by the college.i feel that I am getting money's worth because no other university in the country offers such benefits in this less fees. Apart from that, the academics and extra curriculars make it a worthwhile experience.

Our college is very near to durgabai deshmukh metro station, which makes commute very easy. There are many societies in the college, students can engage in the activities that interests them and learn more from them. Fests like Nexus are held every year, which are known for it's grandeur and the exposure it provides to students. Overall, the college provides a good campus life.

The infrastructure of the college is really good and the canteen area and its food is also very hygienic. It has vast playground also and there is greenary everywhere in the college. The new buildings are outstanding.

I must say, the academics in SVC are taken very seriously and the teaching quality is above the mark. You should not miss the chance if you want really good academic years. Teachers are really hard working here.

The placements in the college are also equally good and before placements you get many opportunities to experience the working environment as an intern in various departments and organisations which is very crucial.

The fees for one year is almost 15000/- . I think it is very less as compared to the facilities, academics and the quality teaching and opportunities Venky provides .so it is completely worth it. You won't regret it.

It has best campus overall. Teachers are really helpful here and there are many societies in the college if you are interested in extra curriculars. Your next three years are definitely going to worth it if you get Venky.

It has all the basic infrastructure that is required for a student to grow like seminar hall, auditorium, cricket field, basketball court etc. Campus is Wi-Fi enabled, Smart boards Hostel facility is also available but limited Canteen has hygienic food etc

I'm pursuing Ba proggrame and if I talk about teaching faculty then it is excellent, cooperative and sometimes strict also Curriculum is updated regularly. Teachers are very good and supportive here and there are various programmes and courses available which you can pursue according to your skill

Placement is also good I don't know much about the placement but I talk with seniors and pass outs they all are praising about the placement cell of the college even this college provide internship in the very first year for the new ones with free of cost.

Yehhh here I can say this college is totally value for money

College has big campus many faculty building are still in construction Anyone here will enjoy the campus life

College building as well as the infrastructure is well maintained.the canteen have hygienic and good quality food , you can get variety in foods including South Indian foods like idli, dosa etc... All at reasonable price. College ground is also wide and properly designed places are alloted for cricket, basketball and so on. Venky is one of the known college for cricket in delhi university. If you a book reader the library in venky is having all the book stuff .

As venky comes under the top 5 co-ed colleges in Delhi University for science and Commerce stream. It's the only college which provides B.com program . Being a student of science and from chemistry department of venkateswara college, I suggest you it's one of the best college for science courses.The professors are experienced and very much active and interactive with students.they will clear all your doubts and broaden up your concepts. Chemistry lab is also well maintained.

Placements in venky is quite eye catching for all the students. The college gives opportunity and chance to every student whoever is interested in getting in companies and want to work for it, they surely gets there dream companies. The college staff and societies of our college gives immense attention to the students future and help them in one or another appropiate way, so that they can grasip more and more knowledge not just theortically, but pay attention on wholesome development of student.

Yes ofcourse it's worthy. The fees in venky is not so high it's affordable most of us can afford it. The college is providing high quality education at such an reasonable fees . You get an opportunity to learn new things and get knowledge from one of the best faculty. Never lose a chance to get in venky, truely it's value for money.

The first thing I might tell you is that venky is well known for its crowd . You will get an chance to meet people from different backgrounds and also from different states. And it's location is also quite decent place, it's in dhaula, Kaun which is in South. There are so many good places near the campus to explore and hangout with friends. When it comes to ttransport faculties there are so many metro stations near by the campus, you can easily get one or another .

As a Batch of 23 , We haven't physically visited College but from our seniors we have heard that this College has best infrastructure in all over DU. It has different Science and Commerce Building plus the labs here are well equipped. The Library is User Friendly . Overall College Infrastructure is very good.

Currently i am Majoring in Chemistry At Sri Venkateswara College and honestly i would say , this college has best faculties in Chemistry Department . Arguably the Best College for Chemistry . Also Sri Venkateswara College is known for its Academics, so the other department faculties are well and truly good.

Most Positive aspect of Sri Venkateswara College is its Placement Cell. So Active and Vibrant. Everyday you will see a Internship opportunity provided by our placement cell. Also the average package goes in Sri Venkateswara College around 28LPA. One of the best College in Placement Perspective.

The Course Cost around 14000 per year . Its worth it as you will get lot more than you expect . the exposure, the opportunity , Experiences.

Venky is Paradise!

The college provides all facilities that you may find in any other decent college: clean classrooms and washrooms, accessible library, ICT lab, canteen with good quality and delicious food. However, for certain courses with a huge population, finding a classroom with sufficient seats could be a challenge. While this is not a major concern for most, the college could manage the situation better.

The college follows the curriculum decided upon by the University and thus, does not have much say in it but fortunately, we have a good faculty that does its best to keep us up-to-date with recent developments in the field through productive discussions during lectures and also by holding informative seminars with professionals. It would've been better if all professors practiced the same.

From what I've seen, the placement cell is very active in providing students the best opportunities through internships, placements, and by holding regular sessions with various industries. The average package in the previous session went up to INR 19 LPA and various reputed firms approached the college for placements.

Deemed to be the best college for academics in the South Campus of the University of Delhi, SVC as we call it sure stands up to its laurels. There are Three exists to the college but the one towards the hostel and the staff quarters rarely being used by the day scholars. The one gate facing the main gate is the one bustling with the crowd in the morning not because of the tea point but because of its proximity to the metro and the bus station. Evenings we exit towards "SATYA"

We are renowned s and for our sports and co-curricular stints as we are for being book worms. We have a huge football cum cricket field where the warriors from the sports quota sharpen their swords. There are different blocks for the Arts and Science departments. Almost everyone has visited the ICT lab if not for the technical classes then surely for the free A/C. We boast of a well-stocked library and have nearby study rooms if you forgot your ID to issue a book. Our teaching staff are well exp

1) Vast no of companies come to our college for selections. 2)The students from Bcom and Stats bag the highest packages but the average pay scale is also very high. 3) The interviews are held in a tension-free environment and are generally fruitful for the students

This is hard to explain because you have to live to be alive likewise you have to come to the college and spend a little time attending a few lectures, bunk a few. Then you have to go out and spend a little time on the field with others. Enjoy the food at the canteen and go out and have hot tea, that's college life.

The infrastructure of our college is outstanding having all the facilities from playing ground to preety nice canteen. The college also have a awesome library having almost every book of need and general too.

Currently due to covid-19 classes are done online on MS-teams only. But the teaching staff is very supportive. The teaching quality is amazing as all the teachers are pretty qualified and experienced. Due to pandemic we are not physically present in labs but the teachers clear all concepts virtually and give assignments to expand our knowledge.

There are not so much placements in our department. Internships are also limited. But there are a lot of placements and internships opportunities for other departments. Every year many students quite good package of placement from our collsge.

The annual fee for my course is 16000 which is quite low as compared to quality of education provided. Besides this there are lot of scholarships and a criteria of fee concession for needy students.

As due to pandemic, colleges not open so we are not able to enjoy our campus life. But there is a 3 day annual fest known as NEXUS which is very famous in whole University.are

In conclusion I can say that for any DU aspirant it is undoubtedly a college they would like to get into. Yet this is a college of South campus but it competes the top colleges of North campus.
