The infrastructure is absolutely amazing, we have a beautiful campus full of greenery and positive vibes. The classrooms are well furnished and most of them are also equipped with ACs. The red brick buildings give the college an adorable and aesthetic look.
The academic focus in my course,i.e. geography honours is very strict and tight. We have to put in a great amount of time and efforts to fulfill our course requirements and get our assignments approved. The teachers are very serious about our work and studies but they are supportive and helpful too.
I don’t have too much knowledge about the placement area as i am new to the college, but from what i gather from the seniors, the college does put forward a lot of internship opportunities and helps with placements.
My college fees is around 18000 per year, and i feel that its totally worth it, given the great exposure we are provided and how we are being taught the value of hardwork and honest work.
The campus life is very much fun, the crowd of Miranda is very cool and happening. Events and carnivals are set up frequently to keep us all entertained and excited. I absolutely love the vibe here.
Miranda was my dream college since childhood and all i wanna say is that it’s totally worth the hype and an absolute dream come true.

Miranda house is one of the prestigious colleges of Delhi University. It has a NIRF Rank of 2. The quality of teaching is very good. Teachers are cooperative and very kind. The college follows the syllabus of Delhi University.
The highest package offered here was Rs.7.60LPA and the median package is 7LPA. Recruiters here come from many reputed companies to offer placement in their companies. Companies like ICICI and many come here.
It is one of the most prestigious college of Delhi University. Its actually worth it for money. Fees ranges according to the courses. From my side I can really say it is a good value for money. It is good.
Its an all girls college. It is the most beautiful college in Delhi University situated in North Campus. The campus life here is amazing. It is very close to the Vishwavidyalaya metro station in yellow line.
Miranda House has reasonable infrastructure, it has two auditoriums, one main and one mini. Other facilities include well ventilated classrooms, huge library where one can find almost all books related to academics in hard copy and in ebooks format as well. The college has a reasonable sized sports ground, front lawns are also spacious. There are several eating points, one canteen, one millet canteen, a nescafe and one other outlet called pam. RO water is at several points all over the college.
I'm pursuing Economics Hons. Teachers are quite supportive, I believe that teachers can only guide, it's on the student itself to excel. There are lots of extra curricular activities in the college. There are approx. 60 societies for different different areas of interest.
Placement cell is quite active in the college. They hold many sessions regarding the placements and guide students accordingly. Cell is supportive in that way. Though i'm not looking for placements but considering all factors, placements are okay.
Fees is not that much, for my course it's under 15k/year. The platform and exposure Miranda will provide is absolutely worth every single penny.
Whether you pursue a 3 year degree or a 4 year one, you will love your college. Miranda will make you feel like it's your second home.
If you have the chance and cutoff to attend Miranda, do come, you will get clarity about your life here.
The college has a very good infrastructure. The classrooms are well-maintained, the labs have updated equipment, and the library offers plenty of books and study resources. The infrastructure is regularly upgraded to provide a better experience for students.
Academics are strong. The faculty is supportive and knowledgeable. Regular classes, assignments, and exams help maintain discipline. The focus is on practical learning and conceptual clarity. The syllabus is industry-relevant, which helps in future career growth. Faculty members are also very cooperative when it comes to clearing doubts.
The placement cell is active and many companies visit the campus every year. Training, workshops, and resume guidance are provided to help students secure good jobs. Students also receive proper support for interview preparation and skill development. Internship opportunities are also offered, which help students start their careers smoothly.
Yes, considering the fees, the facilities, academics, and placements are quite satisfying. The investment made is returned through quality education and opportunities. The overall experience feels worthwhile compared to the fee structure. Looking at the resources and opportunities provided, the fee seems justified.
Campus life is energetic and engaging. Students get opportunities to participate in cultural events, sports, clubs, and societies. The overall environment is friendly and safe. There is enough scope for both academic and extracurricular growth. The campus environment is inclusive, allowing students to explore their interests freely.
Overall, the college provides a good balance of academics, infrastructure, placements, and campus life. The campus is well-maintained with modern facilities and supportive faculty. College infrastructure is very amazing. College is very spacious. Sports ground, library, ATM is also in the campus. Canteen in the college provides good food at a reasonable price. Buildings are also new. There are different buildings for different courses.
Academic facilities is great. Proffersors helps us a lot. They solve our problems of we share with them. They are very supportive and understanding. PHD scholars are also there. They taught us how to do experiments in labs.
Placement is not that much good in the campus. Only few students got a good placements like 8 to 10 lakh. Mainly BA and BCOM students got a good placement than our branch. But, there are many other options for us to go.
Course fees is only 54000 rs. Which is not high as compared to other colleges fees. But pg fees cost high as hostel facilities is limited in the college.
Campus is very beautiful. We can roam in the campus whenever we want. There are many clubs and societies in the campus for students to join. NCC and NSS are also there for students to engage in.
Overall a good college than other colleges of Delhi University except placement.
It's well equipped college with well facilited, comfortable modern classrooms. Library is spacious, airy and student friendly. It's has the cleanest and greenest campus . College canteen serves hygenic food.
It's one of the best government clg in India. It's 2 nd in NIRF ranking, 2025.Teachers are very helpful and friendly. It follows updated curriculum and also concerns about recent developments. Seniors are also very helpful
Placements at Miranda House clg are goodThe ang package of. 2024-25 iis 9 LPA. The highest package is around 19 LPA. The college offers high and average with top requirements iincluding ICICI banks, Tata, Yes bank. And also famous for UPSC aspirants.
The campus at Miranda House is really pretty with red brick buildings and lots of green trees everywhere. Labs for physics are well equipped with good machines for experiments, and the library has tons of books plus wifi. Classrooms are big but some dont have AC, which is tough in delhi heat. its clean and nice place to study, feels peaceful.
Faculty in physics department are super helpful and know their stuff well. They finish syllabus on time and do regular tests so we dont stress much. Classes focus on both theory and practicals, with projects that make learning fun. Its a top college for science, but sometimes attendance is strict. I like how they encourage research too.
Placements here are okay for physics students, not as great as for commerce or arts. Companies like TCS and Infosys come but mostly for IT roles, so many of us go for higher studies or govt jobs. The cell helps with internships though, like unpaid ones at labs. Last year average package was around 5-6 lakhs, but only few got placed on campus.
Fees is just about 17k per year, which is super cheap for such a good college. You get top faculty, nice labs and events without paying much. Scholarships are there for needy students too. Compared to private colleges, its total value here, worth every penny even if placements aint perfect. No regrets joining.
Life on campus is awesome with so many societies for dance, debate and drama. Fests like Tempest are fun, and being all girls makes it safe and chill. Hostel is comfy with big lawns but food in mess could be better, we had protests for wifi fixes. Friends from all over, feels like family here.
The college infrastructure is excellent with modern and big classrooms, advanced labs and a fully stocked library .Hostels are comfortable , and facilities like WIFI , sports are very good which makes the campus a highly student friendly.
Academics are excellent with highly knowledgeable faculty, an updated curriculum and a strong focus on both the theory and practical learning .Regular workshops, projects and guidance make the learning experience outstanding.
Placements are good with many reputed companies visiting the campus . Several students secure good packages, while the placement cell provides a strong support and training. A bit more variety in recruiters could make it even better.
The college truly offers great value for money with excellent academics , strong infrastructure and supportive faculty are well worth the fees. The facilities and opportunities provided are definitely justify the fees.
Campus life is very good and enjoyable with lots of cultural events, fests and student run clubs. The atmosphere is very friendly and inclusive giving everyone a chance to explore and have memorable experience. The energetic environment make student life fun and memorable.
