Very Strong Academics. Amazing. Liberating. Eye-opening.

    Academics

Oh, the academics is GREAT. I'm studying Bsc. Physics (H) because of my deep interest in the area of physics and how the world works. The quality of teaching is phenomenal. Our curriculum is well developed and so future oriented that we don't need to worry about learning anything seperately.

    College Infra

I think the infrastructure of our college is amazing. There are so many A. C. equipped classes and the quality of desks and walls are decent . There are so many peaceful sitting areas, well maintained plants and enough stairs and elevators wherever needed.

    Campus Life

THE BEST THING about miranda, actually. I never thoght in the entirety of my life that a girl's college would be this fun so I had no intention of taking admission into one either. But the sisterhood, the fests, the daily activities, the freedom of doing anything that we set our mind too without hesitating and overthinking about anyone's opinion is liberating. And it's actually making our personality stronger, strengthening our resolve to use all of our rights as a woman and creating an assertive approach towards life.

    Placements

I don't have much idea regarding this field but as much as I've talked to my seniors, their reviews has been great. They're really satisfied with the placement cells and the way our college makes us ready for biggest of the biggest interviews, whether personality-wise or knowledge-wise.

    Value For Money

Absolutely. In the first year, it cost around 20k which is quite reasonable amount for the quality and level of education they're providing with such a peaceful and bright environment. I really feel we're getting our money's worth. People think that they're spending money on such institutions to get the knowledge spoon fed to them, which is wrong. No matter what the college is, it's always the students efforts with the right guidance and a little push from the professors which is there in our college.

    Academics

The faculty is nice. There are a lot of senior professors along with newly appointed guest faculty which gives you the best of both long running academic practices and experience along with new techniques and modern changes.

    College Infra

Miranda House, DU has an amazing infrastructure and the faculty is also good. You've got all the facilities such as auditorium, laboratories and well furnished classrooms along with three lawns which add to the aesthetic of the college. The college also provides hostel accomodation and the food in the canteen is very tasty, hygienic and affordable. WiFi is also available throughout campus and the library is well equipped with AC computer labs aswell. The space overall is hygienic and there are a lot of spaces for students to sit and take in the atmosphere. The campus is dotted with trees which makes it simple yet amicable. However, the cleanliness of the washrooms can be improved.

    Campus Life

Campus life is very nice. There are regular fairs or stalls setup and the annual fest is also amazing. You're also allowed to join any fest of any society and overall it's a refreshing experience.

    Placements

Since I haven't yet graduated, I don't really know about the placements. However, since Miranda House stands as the 2nd best college ranked by NIRF, I'm sure the placements are good. I have experienced various campus fairs from different education groups which provide facilities to students for further studies.

    Value For Money

Absolutely, the college is worth the money as the most expensive course also costs only 16k per annum.
