The college has a very good well equipped infrastructure with hostel facilities, library access and recreational facilities. The classrooms are very comfortable with good technological equipments like projectors , white boards etc. Not only this , there are various sports and extra curricular activities provided to the students with various rooms and grounds for the same in the college premises. The living space is clean , environment friendly and the college canteen maintains hygiene too.

I'm currently pursuing b.com hons and I'm a student in 2nd year . The quality of teaching is very holistic and integrated covering not only the syllabus but also the ongoing changes outside a classroom .

Our college have all the necessary things facilities and equipments. The classrooms have AC's, so classrooms are very comfortable. Classes are basically taken through porjector, every room has projector. Free wifi is given to the students.

I'm studying bachelor of commerce on finance. As I have a passion on finance and I have family business so commerce is very relatable degree for me. Teaching quality is very impressive, classes are very interactive.

Many reputed companies come in on campus placement, maximum students get placement, I'm also preparing for getting placement. Average salary offered by companies is 5-6 lakhs per annum, which really impressive.

The course cost around 60 thousands per year, which I personally think reasonable. Because the courses provided by the college is worth, and infrastructure and facilities are value for money in my opinion.

The colleges has all the necessary infrasrtcture however certain infrastructure is quite old. For example most of the toilets are Indian and many classrom is yet to have AC installed which is difficult in such heat. In most of the classrooms we have a projector for better understanding, we have a adjoint library with access to many books since the college was established. We have soports, hostel and a seperate computer lab building. All the the sites are used and well maintained.

I am studying BCOM hons in St. Xavier's College Kolkata as I want to have a career in the feild of commerce and bcom being one of those subjects which covers majority of the ambits in commerce. The quality of teaching is good, sxc being ranked amongst the top 10 college is because of the academics which is given the higiest priority in college. Yes we have an updates curriculum as per the recent guidelines and we can get instant placement as well post graduation.

we have a seperate placement cell who looks into different opportunity for students. we can apply for internships from 1st year with good companies visiting in 3 rd year for direct placement. COmpanies like DE-Shaw, EY, TATA and other big fours visit our campus every year for placement.

Infrastructure is the only downside of this college. The lift facility is only for professors and staff members. All the classes does not have an air conditioner but all classes are equipped with a projector and screen.

Academics wise, as for bcom, it is versatile and can be managed with professional courses. Though it's quite difficult to manage side courses with college as it requires active participation in events, 75% minimum attendence (for which they are very strict).and it's next to impossible for proxy, and the internals are also important and different assignments are also required to be made.

Yes, the college definitely contained good infrastructure. Since it is declared as a college of Heritage, the infrastructure tends to be a similar of that in the Britishers era. Although the facilities are quite good, we have the best library 80s and the best central libraries and sports centres in our college and the living spaces are also clean with hygienic canteen .

And also the curriculum is based on CDCS and the syllabus keeps on updating with regards to change in job scenarios so that the students can get the right exposure and the right amount of knowledge that they need to excel in their academics and their life as a whole.

The quality of placements have been amazing. The placements that were derived from just under graduation levels were also increasing in 2022. The highest package was around 23 lakhs which which proves the quality of our placement cell.

The Meeting although being from a catholic background, there are certain restrictions but nevertheless our campus life is amazing. We have different societies where in we conduct different events launch and even small concert sessions that make her college campus life more happening. It's a wonderful space where we have different societies for co-curricular exposure, and a sports room and ground. Moreover, we also have Smart Classes, Laboratories, and AV Rooms for Seminars, Events and other activities.

As an Economics Major, our curriculum is highly advanced. We have a Skill-Enhancement subject as well as a Generic Elective subject which helps us grow more along with our Honours papers. Besides, the classes are also extremely insightful and informative.

I haven't had the option for a placements yet. However, the College does provide amazing placements at the Big 4 Companies and the Top 3 Consulting Firms as well. The placement rate is also as high as 90-95 %.

Great infrastructure and good facilities. A huge playground and indoor games space. Canteen food is affordable as well as delicious. Canteen is cleaned twice a day. No lift system for students which sometimes become difficult for those who have classes in the top most floor but teachers, Father and staff can avail the lift system.

Professors are highly qualified and have excellent teaching skills. They are very hardworking. I am doing a PG Diploma course from here, and till now my experience is really amazing. I haven't yet sat for the placement as I am yet to complete my degree but I have heard from my seniors that it is average. But in off campus placements the St Xavier's College tag itself might fetch you a good name and a good placement as well. So overall I would say it is from average to good.

My course which is a Career Oriented Course in Integrated Marketing Communication costed me around Rs. 58,000. But the experience that I am receiving right now is beyond what I had expected. The professors are well experienced and are mostly the alumni of this college.

Teachers, support staffs are extremely strict. We have strict guidelines for both male and female students dress code. Equal importance is given to both studies and co-curriculum activities. Once a year a cultural fest known by the name of Xavotsav is held on our campus which is quite famous in the entire Kolkata student crowd.
