 The college Library is considered the centre for information storage and retrieval. It performs a supplementary and complementary role in teaching-learning and research activities. The library is situated on the ground floor and caters to the needs of the college students and staff. The Library has 6881 books, 16 periodicals, and 6 newspapers.

The college Motto of NSS, "Not Me But You", reflects the essence of democratic living and upholds the need for selfless service. NSS helps the students’ development & appreciation of other people's point of view and also shows consideration towards other living beings. The philosophy of the NSS is a good doctrine in this motto, which underlines the belief that the welfare of an individual is ultimately dependent on the welfare of the society as a whole, and therefore, the NSS volunteers shall strive for the well-being of the society.

The College ensures training for students for various competitive examinations for State and Central government recruitments. Placement training is facilitated through the TSKC unit of the college.
