can I qualify for cse in MIT pune ,when mains score is 102

You have less chances according to your marks in MIT Pune.

You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab and Rajasthan. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank.

You need to apply separately for them.

You should also appear for JEE Advanced to get admission in IITs.

MIT, Pune is one of top college of Maharashtra and if you belong to Maharashtra then you will get admission through MHT CET exam. There are very few seats for All india Quota.
Try to score more than 160 marks in MHT CET to get admission in MIT, pune.

what should be the mim marks in mhcet 2017 exam to get admission in mit pune...in

MIT Pune cut off depends on category, region and Quota.

For Mechanical branch you need to score more than 155 marks in your exam.

College Infrastructure

My campus is among the biggest and greenest campuses in Pune, consisting of multiple buildings, lawns, fountains, and different sports grounds. It spread across a massive area with a dome at the center marking the world peace.

It has all the necessities hostel and basic requirements for the student overall infrastructure is good in such a shortage of area distribution is great and also a infrastructure to explore many things side by side
