If I apply nationality as Indian in NTA NEET registration, will I be able to pursue AMU NRI Medical quota in case my NEET rank is lower.

Dear Rafi, you can only avail one citizenship. Either you choose India as your nationality and opt for NRI only if you fulfill the NRI criteria. Any mistake in selecting your nationality to get an admission into a Medical college is illegal. NRI quota is strictly for NRIs and not meant for other candidates for whatsoever reasons.

Thank you Priyaanka for your response. I have verified it that I am elligible for NRI, and rightfully so will be able to opt for Indian and complete against general quota and in case required, can i opt for NRI quota.

Can you let me know the criteria under which you qualify as a NRI please?
As i mentioned in other thread, my father is workign outside for his job fro 5+ years. i think that makes me elligible.
