The cell invites the companies via mail and ensures that the maximum number of students got placed in reputed organisations. The cell not only enhances the technical and soft skills of the students but also helps in the overall personality development of the students. Companies are invited by the institute via mail and interested companies will revert back to the CUJ.
Then, the companies visit the CUJ and deliver a pre-placement talk to the students to make them aware of the companies policies.
Further, the group discussions and tests are conducted by the companies.
Shortlisted aspirants have to appear for the final round of placement process i.e technical and HR interview.
