All three Institutes that you mentioned are new. Since you have got 5933 category rank, you could get any of these Institutes. I would advise you to go for NIT AP because usually NITs has better reputation than IIITs. Also placement wise, NIT AP is better than other two Institutes. NIT AP has better career opportunities because it has relatively good network than other two Institutes.

International Institute of information Technology Naya Raipur is a good government institute situated in Chhattisgarh. Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering is it top or 4 years long professional degree course. There are total 60 seats in this college for this course. There is no such spot round counselling going on in iiit bhu and iiit baya raipur. Admissions are only done on the basis of josaa counselling and csab counselling. These colleges do not take admission on the basis of any other counselling procedures.

Both the NIT and IIIT's have great ratings since the past years and have most of the facilities in their respective college. Secondly coming to the selection of a branch you need to consider your field of Interest first as both CSE and ECE branch have great scope. Whereas ECE branch has less scope for job opportunities when compared to CSE because the number of students studying the CSE course every year is increasing.

CSE is a course which presently have great scope and in the upcoming years many countries will be needing such professionals.

CSE students would be getting lots of job opportunities in the future as compared to ECE students. Because the world is getting dependent on robots and machinery and near future a lot of CSE engineers would be required

Finally if your not interested in CSE and still want to pursue a degree in ECE then when compared with IIIT Kancheepuram and IIIT Naya Raipur, I would recommend you to go for IIIT Kancheepuram as the college has a great record of placements in the past years for students into famous companies with good salary packages.

Both colleges are Good

As per your question. I'll tell about the best for future. I think VIT Vellore is better than IIIT Naya Raipur. I'm telling about both Colleges.

VIT Vellore:-

VIT Vellore has very high reputation among the Engineering collages across India. They show 100% placements. The campus is very beautiful, encouraging, and full of energy. Very Good Alumni support since it is very old. The Exposure you get is priceless. Even if you are in the Round 1 of the counseling they charge you very high, and let’s not talk if you are in the 2nd or 3rd round of counseling. The placements they show have very less packages usually through Mass Recruiters, and they ask you to leave the job after a year or so. And then you are left with the student loan of like 16 Lac and you are earning about 4 LPA.

IIIT Naya Raipur:-

IIIT-NR have the best in academic Curriculum along with highly experienced faculty. It comes with a very valuable IIIT Tag. IIIT Naya Raipur has the world class facilities. It has less number of student and it focus mainly towards the computer science domain hence every student is given ample opportunity to speak up and express himself. The administration is very helpful for anyone with any kind of problem. Being a IIIT it has some very good campus ethics like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited and the students are very well disciplined, this makes up very good environment for research works. The Cost of living and also the academic expenditure is very low and also there are many scholarships to keep up with the Tight Budget. There are uncertainty in the placements of IIIT NR. It is a very new institution and alumni support is almost zero.
