as mentioned earlier, yes you can try out these colleges with this marks although i'd personally suggest you to have more options in your hand as there are more colleges in the vicinity as iimt, sharda, KCC and such.

You need to pass the GEEE paper to get admission you can also get admitted through the scores of Jee mains jee advanced Upseee etc

Firstly, Galgotias University is in Greater Noida not in Ghaziabad. You don't need UPSEE rank for Galgotias University. You should apply for Galgotias exam for admission in university. With 20k rank in UPSEE, you can try for IMS, ITS, RKGIT, NIET, GNIOT, ABES

Jss institute is the best university for admission in mechanical as well as studies and placement. It is the best reputated college among the area. You must apply for counselling there. All the best !!
