college have beautiful campus. the whole campus is spread over 511 acres, college have all necessary infrastructure and facilities at international level college have classrooms with traditional boards and have all major sports grounds, they are providing single occupancy rooms in just 6000 including mess. and they food is also hygienic.
academics is average in the college the quality of teaching is good college have good teachers for MCA. the curriculum is well updated according to recent industry standards, if you study they will make you job ready.
placements are quite average in the college but placement cell is quite active now and recently college have signed MOUs with industry leading companies in various sectors. the highest package is 56 lakhs off campus.
we have to pay 90000 per annum and 165000 including mess and hostel so that i can say that it is affordable and value for money.
campus life for boys is so good for girls they close the boundaries after 6:30pm but morning in campus is soo good there is food complex inside the campus and a bank and post office too.
most underrated college.
college have best infrastructure that i have ever seen the whole campus is spread over 511 acres, college have all necessary infrastructure like deferent type of sports ground like hockey, foot ball, cricket, lawn tennis, basket ball etc. and all things are well maintained. university offers single occupancy hostels in just 6000 with mess.
academics is not that good need much improvement, the quality of teachers is good and curriculum is well updated according to recant industry standards, we got an option to choose our subjects according to industry standards.
taking about placements approx. 3-4 students in batch of 30 got placed and other students opt for higher studies most of students are got placed by off campus. the placement cell is not much active but they are supportive.
can say that college is value for money because for academics we have to pay 50000 per year and 150000 for 3 year BCA program.
campus life is quite awesome if you are morning person you will love the fresh nature and beautiful campus.
overall collage is good.
College has best infrastructure as per I can think of infrastructure wise it's great. Facilities wise also it's best separate field for each sport. Classroom are good but projector doesn't work all the time. Food is also good as per they charge.
As per I noticed a lot of involvement in admission of local people degraded the education level, but taking about curriculum it's updated accordingly the needs of industry. But placement is not good. If you want placement I didn't recommend this.
Placement is below average you have to get your own approach for good company and salary, Because placement committee is not that active in the college they bring some of ed tech companies offering very less salary. Supportive but not well. Even avg is 2.4 lkh I think.
As the college takes less money it's value for money for that aspect.
Campus life is good. 511 acres of campus with around 3500 students get you great campus life with lots of greenery.
Overall college is average.
Yes the college has all the infrastructure facilities and equipment there were ac class room and has central library with proper sports stadiums and those were well maintained and university has the good living space
I studied bcom hons from there and the teaching is done by the well qualified teachers and yes they helped students to get placed and have there career successed and yes the all the fields are well developed
The quality of placement is good but as compared to other private universities the number is less because the university is semi government and almost the students who require jobs are placed avg salary was 7.5 lakhs
My course cost was very less and easily affordable it was just 50k for one year yes i feel my money’s worth because as compared to other universities the fees is less and the value is more of the degree
Its best feature is that it have the lots of space and a lots of greenery and have proper place for everything like meditation centre was there shanti sarovar was there and lots of sculpture too which looks really good in the evening and location was connected with each and every services
I want to say that i had an great and amazing experience over there
Campus was really enormous. It has all kinds of facilities for the students. Big smart classes, big auditorium, sports centers, well maintained mess, well equipped library and best in class laboratory. The campus was wifi enabled and there were hostels for accomodation of students and rooms were single student per room type.
Academic wise this college was just average. I studied btech here and I felt like the faculty were just doing their job of teaching. Some of the faculties were good else many of them were just average. They weren't updated with the curriculum at all. Everything was done by student themselves.
Placement at that time were poor. Few of my batchmates got the placement with the salary of 15,000 per month which i think is not good enough for a btech passout. The average salary offered here was 1.4 lpa. Faculty was just okay but not very helpful.
I don't think this college is value for money. All show no go.
Classes are very good, infrastructure is also good and the classes are neat and clean and the college has large number of area which is really good for students to enjoy games and the hostel is also good.
I'm studying MBA, teachers are very good. They complete the curriculum on time and the quality of teaching is really good and the teacher are good and supportive we can ask questions which we are unable to understand properly.
Placements are very good and there are many companies which came to out college and many students get placed and the highest package was good for freshers job and the process for selection way easy and college were supportive to students.
You got your full value of money
Campus was so good, it was so big.
The infrastructure of the college is quite good and has a large area for college building and it has all necessary equipment and facilities provided and also have projector in classes and have a library.
Academic is also really good and teaching style is very much good and it's simple to understand what they taught us and the teachers are really supportive and cooperative and they make us ready for job .
Placement is also not good enough to get admission in this college and less percentage of people are placed last year some companies come but the students are not much interested in those companies and it's quite difficult to get placed.
Class bahut hi modern Hain aur acche Hain AC Lage hue hain . college Tak Jana main thodi dikkat aati hai kyunki bahut bada campus hai baki hostel mein Wi-Fi hai aur baki sari chijen Hain sports ki acchi suvidha hai aur events bhi hote rahte hain library mein AC laga hua hai bahut acchi bahut badi hai hostel mein AC nahin hai.
Academic curriculum curriculum bahut achcha hai ,but teachers and professors are not in phase with the right curriculum I studied electrical engineering and instrumentation control most each other non contract basis. And some profs are highly qualified also. But it's a deemed University not like other UP colleges.
I am giving one star because seeing the overall placement in the overall campus not just IT or CS they are high and demand but other branches placement is very bad bad the placement cell don't do any work here.
The return on investment or the ROI in terms of money is very low but one can invest if he wants to enjoy a good four or five years of college life and if he gets lucky he can get up placement also.
Life is good it has a big campus big academy area you have to walk and your health will be only getting better the shopping complex is at least 1 km but you can get junk food from my canteen are also campus is in remote area so don't expect to come to campus at late night as it could be dangerous. And yes there is a meditation center also.
It has shoping complex, Dispensary, meditation center, an artificial lake, and grid outside campus.
Yes college have all necessary infrastructure and infrastructure is very good also equipment and the facilities given are very good .The classes are fully air conditioned and Wi-Fi boards are well maintained
I pursuing law the quality of teachers is very good . There teaching method is very unique. All curriculum is updated and all recent developments in all the field . I think so this type of study make me job ready
The placement quality is very good . Nearby all student get placed and the highest package gone 51lpa in btech cs . Around 90 % students got placed recently from law 5 student selected for judge. That is very proud for us
College infrastructure is very good. Classrooms laboratory library and hostel facility is very nice. But for sports they don't provide you equipment to play. Campus is very clean and hygiene and also hostel food.
I was studying dual degree program in biotechnology(B.tech+ M.tech)Teachers are very good, they help you in clearing your doubts. Quality of teaching is very good and they don't give you too much assignment so you can focus more study to bring good grades in exam.
Our college didn't give us campus placement. Placement cell has made but they are not working for students. When ever we go and talk to placement cell they don't talk to us they think that we are beggars.
college fee + hostel fees= ₹100000 per annum. As compare to other colleges this fees is nominal because they are providing you good environment food hostel and campus.
College campus is very good. Location is not good, autorickshaw is going there , they will charge you more than normal price to drop you college.

Student Preparation for UPSC and GATE:
Many B.Tech students at Gautam Buddha University (GBU), Noida , prepare for competitive exams like UPSC Civil Services (CSE), Engineering Services (ESE), and GATE alongside their studies.
The university does not have dedicated coaching for UPSC CSE or ESE, but students rely on self-study, coaching institutes, and online platforms .
GATE preparation is more common among students from branches like ECE, EE, and ME , and some faculty members guide students for technical exams.
Library and Study Support:
GBU has a well-equipped library where students access study materials for UPSC, GATE, and other government exams.
Some student groups and societies organize discussions and peer-study groups for civil services aspirants.
Placement Scenario at GBU Noida:
Placement opportunities at GBU vary based on the branch and industry demand.
Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, HCL, and Cognizant visit the campus for IT and engineering-related roles.
The average salary package ranges from 3 LPA to 6 LPA , depending on the branch and student performance.
Core branches (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) have relatively lower placement percentages in comparison to CSE and IT , but students opt for government exam preparation.
Higher Studies and Research:
Some students prefer higher education options such as M.Tech through GATE or MBA through CAT/XAT .
A few students also explore research opportunities in IITs and NITs through GATE scores.
Conclusion:
While GBU Noida does not provide dedicated coaching for UPSC or GATE , students prepare for these exams independently.
Placement opportunities are available but highly dependent on skills, internships, and individual efforts.
Students interested in government jobs or public sector roles should actively participate in self-study groups, online coaching, and mock tests .
