I am in 5th semester BE MECHANICAL branch in SSIPMT RAIPUR Chhattisgarh and I want to start preparation for CAT . When should I start ?

Hi. If you want to appear in CAT 2018, then you should start preparing now. The earlier you start, the better it is. And if you want to appear in CAT 2019, then also you can start preparing now and take on the course slowly.

Thank You!

IIM B cutoff says 90 percentile but experts say u need 99+ score in CAT,im not understanding it !

Not only IIM B but all IIM demands from you to have min 90 percentile in order to make you eligible for evaluation. After you become eligible with their min requirements like 90 percentile and min 50% in 10th, 12th, graduation then you are being evaluated on your profile.
