After CAT exam every college in which you apply prepares a merit list to call students for next round of interview based on your aggregate score which comprises of many parameters such as CAT marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience etc. whose weight age varies for all different colleges. After the round of interview again a merit list is prepared which includes marks of your interview, GD and WSAT which along with CAT marks generally have the highest weightage.
You can also use CAT Pathfinder tool to know your further admission chances.

Your academic marks are good and thus you'll have better chances of getting call from IIM Kashipur but getting admissions into iims not only depends on academic marks but it depends largely on your cat cat percentile and also the interview. Getting into IIMs has always been competitive however that has been the case for the general PG course which is based on CAT scores and subsequent WAT and PI. However in recent times IIMs have realized that specialization is the need of the hour. This is result of diverse adoption of technology expertise across industries which has led to tech knowledge becoming the primary driver of performance. What this has led the IIMs to do is partner up with academic partners to develop specialized courses specific to industries. For example, the
IIM analytics courses (https://mileseducation.com/analytics/home)
by IIM Lucknow are developed together with Wiley innovation council and IIM faculty. Further these courses are customized for business leaders who have the
IIM business and data analytics course (https://mileseducation.com/analytics/IIM-Lucknow)
while there is another custom
Analytics course for finance and accounting professionals (https://mileseducation.com/finance/IIM-Lucknow-Analytics)
. Since these courses are exclusively designed for an industry, the enrollments do not see the generic competition based on CAT scores. You can

If you are a General Engineering Male, with academic results not above 90% in boards and with no work experience, you should target a percentile in the range of 97-98. This is a ballpark figure, and changes every year subject to considerations like competition/level of difficulty of paper/etc.
IIM Kashipur. Among the IITs offering a MBA programme, Roorkee is generally not that preferred. When it comes to MBA, most IIMs will always score over an IIT unless its SJMSOM, VGSOM or DMS. Hence, I would say Kashipur is the way to go.
