As per the Final IIM Kashipur placement report 2022-23, the highest international and domestic package stood at $39,240 and Rs. 37 LPA. However, the average package offered during IIM Kashipur placements 2023 was Rs. 18.1 LPA. More than 150 companies from various sectors participated in the IIM Kashipur placements 2023, and 322 eligible students landed 365 job offers in the IIM Kashipur placement drive.

My Brother is from Uttar Pradesh. He has opportunities from both IIM TRICHY and IIM KASHIPUR. Kashipur is closer to home, but he doesn't want to miss if Trichy better. Please suggest what would be a better choice!

I would suggest your brother to go for IIM( Indian Institute of Management ) Trichy(Tiruchirappalli ) as it is definitely a better IIM than IIM Kashipur as according to NIRF rankings IIM Trichy is at 17 where as IIM Kashipur is at 33 so you can see the huge difference , also IIM Kashipur is a very new IIM in comparison to Trichy .

Your brother should choose a better college than the one which is closer to home .The placement scenario of Trichy is much better than Kashipur .
