Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech/ B.E or equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Physics or equivalent with a valid GATE score and a minimum of 60% marks(or 6.5 grade point out of 10) (55% marks for SC/ST).
or,
B.Tech. from IITs with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 (SC/ST 7.5) are eligible to apply without valid GATE score.
Admission Details
About 70% weightage will be given to GATE Score and 30% weightage will be given to an interview by the Departmental Selection Committee. Reservation will be implemented based on minimum cut off marks for each category and the final merit list. Reservation will be as per the norms of the institute.
