The college as per the references and checking the system administrator the admission cell will open on September 4 as of now by the details but still its a tentative date and no one can predict it possiblly it will get to open on 4 th but if there would be any changes then it would be intimated.

The admission process for IGNOU differs among students, in the sense a lot of students get their admission confirmed within few days or weeks, while for others they do have to wait for a longer period of time. Since, you said, the status shows "verifying documents", don't just jump to any conclusion about their acceptance or refusal, they will confirm you and clarify about your status, it may be taking time but then that's how the admission process for IGNOU works.

You approach to different schools near your locality and ask them for vacancy in thier schools , they will call you for interview or search online the schools which need a teaching staff , first of all make a resume and reach for the schools with vacancies according to your cerifications

Once you have completed your course from IGNOU and have completed your written examinations for the same, the result will be published online and the mark sheet and certificate would be sent by post to your registered address. 

If you wish to get the mark sheet and certificate earlier then you can visit your regional center for IGNOU where you can get them easily.
