It's a low mark only , if you add up your marks you secure .it will cross over pass mark of 40% .your result will be unsatisfactory condition .

Your assignment is ok with that but your theory paper marks should be average .to get pass into it.

Yes, Candidates who have completed their post Graduation from IGNOU are eligible to apply for the DU LLB entrance as per the new eligiblity criteria. You would also require a minimum aggregate of 50 % atleast in your qualifying exam to be eligible. You can use the link
