The students can register themselves for 2020 admissions in IGNOU through the online application process.

The candidate must first visit the IGNOU official website which is http://www.ignou.ac.in/ and register themselves there.

The documents that are required:

1. Passport Photograph
2. Signature
3. Age Proof (Birth Certificate/Xth Passing)
4. Previous Academic Records
5. Experience Certificate (If Available)
6. Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (If Applicable)

But in order to archive, you need to study hard practice regularly take mock test and evaluate yourself. You can also focus on core subjects like operating system, database, data structure and algorithm.

I would suggest you to choose B.Com Finance and Accounting because to pursue CA, finance specialisation suits you well.  Accounting also suitable for you because all most all of the topics will be covered in ipcc also, so it will be helpful to you for studying and the curriculum of final year too match with CA. So I suggest you to choose Accounting and Finance. However you can also go for other specialization because it will enhance your knowledge along with CA.

As per NCTE guidelines, admission in MEd program is not being offered in IGNOU at present, for more details regarding this, visit the official website at http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soe/programmes/detail/71/2 , you can get it confirmed from here that MEd is no longer offered by IGNOU.

You have not mentioned you have enrolled in which program, and in which year you will be appearing, from your enrollment number it appears you took admission in 2017, but you haven't mentioned if at all you have appeared for any term end exam or not, but you do have time to complete your course, for undergraduate course IGNOU provides six years as maximum limit,and for master's degree it's four years, you need to submit the latest assignments by the given time, and fill the exam form, and appear for the same.

The duration of confirmation regarding admission purely depends on the concerned regional centre, it may range from weeks to month, and moreover because of this pandemic there has been much delay regarding admission schedule, so it might take time, you will get confirmation through your registered contact details only, you can check you admission status at https://admission.ignou.ac.in/changeadmdata/admissionstatusnew.asp , admission process is IGNOU isn't such a tough process, for undergraduate programs, you just need to fill in the application form and submit the documents, fees and any other relevant details, if they find any discrepancies at all, they will inform you through your registered contact details to rectify it, I'm saying this if at all there is such possibility, every year the number of applicants are increasing, probably the authority to find it difficult to go through such innumerable applicants, this may be the reason that in certain cases confirmation comes swiftly, while for others it takes time, but you don't need to worry, you will get confirmation surely it just that time duration depends on the concerned regional centre as a I aforementioned.

You cannot apply without your final mark sheets in IGNOU, as you have to put in right data regarding your aggregate and other such details, and moreover proof is going to be requires as they will check through your application, but you don't have to worry, as you can apply for January session for which application forms usually released in the month of December, though we don't know if that exact schedule will be followed or there will be any shift, but no matter when form comes out in the month of December or January, admission session in IGNOU happens twice, and you can take admission for January session of 2021, for more details regarding this stay updated at ignou.ac.in
