If the status has already been shown as "Bounced" then it means that that particular payment was not completed. In such a case the money that has been debited will be returned back to your account. However, you will need to make another payment for confirmation of the course

IGNOU has a good study centre and online facilities.the website and study materials access are helpful but sole centres need better classroom and faster support for students during admissions and exams.

IGNOU provides good study materials , online classes, and practical support through regional centres. Labs and facilities for B.Sc biochemistry are descent, but campus infrastructure is limited compared to other regular university.
