Anyways The JNTU Kakinada is one of the top rated university of Andhra Pradesh. It is accredited with NAAC B+ grade in terms of placement, faculty and facilties. The Total seats alloted for M.Tech CSE is 36 seats only. The tution fee for M.Tech CSE is 1.14 lakhs for 2 years. The top companies that visit this university are: L&T, Accenture, TCS, Infotech, Infosys, Chegg, etc. the average pay package is around 7 lakhs per annum. So the competition is very high for the jntu University as it is the top institute in your area .so it will some difficult to you get to the seat in the jntu Kakinada

The final admission to Engineering Colleges depends on EAMCET rank as well as Category. As You are from SC category you have better chances of getting good colleges. As per your marks and Category you won't CSE stream in JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Ananthapur. You need to get rank below 5000 to get into CSE stream.

In comparison to both the Colleges , JNTU Hyderabad is slightly better to pursue Computer Science Engineering stream. Both the Colleges provide good facilities and the infrastructure is well enough. But what differentiates is the Job opportunities. The Opportunities in JNTU Hyderabad are handful and many companies like TCS,Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture and many more visit the campus for recruitment.

Good to hear from you. It completely on your interest and financial position. Both colleges are of top-notch. JNTU is state level top college whereas LPU is a nationwide famous college. So, you need to check whether you can afford the expenses in LPU or not. If yes, then choose LPU. If not JNTU is best.
