GGU Rajahmundry Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

No, Our college has the weakest management ever. The infrastructure is okay since it is surrounded by many trees the place is peaceful but you can never find it as a university. Even the school has less regulations. Our classrooms, labs has no WiFi facility. Funny how I've choosen CSE in a college that has no WiFi. Smart boards are there but only for our first year. There's a lot of inequality in fee structures, students, priorities, even faculty also. You can never understand all these without stepping and joining in our college. Hostels are not worth the money we pay. They don't even clean it thrice in a week. Sometimes we feel like even we ourselves can clean the room more efficiently. But the food is good you know like we can eat the food not like the other colleges. I would say the food is eatable haha. And cleanliness you can understand that's it.

Currently I'm in 2nd year. About my 1st year experience the academics will be going on but you'll have no progress. You learn nothing even the faculty themselves advice you take help of resources and become habitual to self-learning. Not worthy. I would say you'll regret the fees you pay once if you join our college. They even force you to pay the fees which you're not responsible for. If you think you can simply base on academics to become job ready you are literally planning to disappoint your self. I would suggest anyone not to join our college until unless you can pay the fees and you go to college only for leisure classes.

I don't know but, based on the 4th years of our college they have not skills, no proper opportunities. Nothing. No interviews, no internships, but our college is a university with 89% placements. And I don't how it is possible. About the highest package I think it's only 16LPA I'm not sure but I can say it is in that range from 15-19 like that. Our college is not at all cooperative or supportive to students who are interested and enthusiastic even it'll make their enthusiasm get reduced.

Our actual fees was 80,000 per year as 60k was my scholarship fees I only have to pay remaining 20k but our college has different plans to convince my parents and join me in unnecessary so called valuable courses or clubs of the university and literally they're waste of money and I can't even go back since there's no other option. No progress, no sincerity, no regularity, NOTHING. Not even like the other course students who'll pay only 20k per year even they have good classes than me. I know I'm being too honest. And I would say this is a valid crash out. That much I was suffering from the past year.

Our college mainly focusses on promoting and gives more opportunities for the students who are interested to become successful on social media. Those people have the more future than the actual students who are willing to have good education and skill development.

I added a lot and I hope I can hide my details because I can trust my university.

To say about the college as a 3rd year BTech student, the college infrastructure and the faculty at the college are good. But as we all know how the engineering colleges are, some faculty gives the better knowledge and some gives the half knowledge. But our college has both of these two types.

I am currently studying btech in computer science and engineering, the quality of teaching is neither excellent nor good but in the middle. Some faculty teaches very well. Some only teach using PPT presentations.

As a 3rd year students in 5th semester there is no placement drive happened before for me. For every 10 students only 3-4 students will placed wih pride. The average of 7 cgpa will placed. The highest salary is 1 crore to the cse student. The average salary is 3lpa.

For btech 60k of tution fee should be paid. And the placement fees also there which is 20k. In first year BTech for as it is university they asked 15k for only firts year. In my point of view i am okay with the course fees as I am getting fees reimbursement from the government.

The campus life is excellent. So many are joining to enjoy the campus. There's everything for playing and every purposes like football volleyball cricked basketball everything will be there. The overall campus is 300 acres so it safe for everyone.

the campus layout is okey, many facilities require urgent attention and better maintenance. the classroom benches and projectors are outdated, and the laboratory equipment is often non functional or insufficient for all students during practicals.

There were many mnc company like cognizant, infosys had placement in our college.the average placement packages are competitive, and most students secure internships or job offers before graduation. Overall, the college provides solid career opportunities for students willing to actively participate in the placement process.
