in andhra pradesh you have good colleges like gmr institute of technology,rvr college of engineering,srkr engineerinfg college,gitam,pullareddy college of engineering anmd few other colleges.

according to the situation yoou mentioned there are no chances that you may get jntu in 2nd round of counselling and no records were found similar according to past year.jntu finalaises its list at 1st round it self,so its better that you have to go with other private affiliated colleges of jntu.

Well there are 1371 colleges under AP EAMCET. According to your rank of 3073, you will get a seat in any of the colleges. However with this rank you may not get the top notch colleges under AP EAMCET. Now , speaking about JNTUK you will not get CSE or ECE in this college with your rank. In 2018 the closing rank of JNTUK  for CSE was 1288 and for ECE it was 1826. Below I have listed some of the colleges under AP EAMCET where you might be able get a seat for CSE or ECE -

as per your score in eamcet you will not get the elligibility to get into jntu campus you may try with the private institutions in ap like gmr college of engineering,rvr college of engineering,pullareddy college of engineering,srkr engineering college and few other colleges.

unfortunately you can not get into jntu university with the rank you secured as the rank you got is not elligible.so you can select to opt the other affiliated colleges of jntu.

in telanagana you can with hitam,gitam,iiit hyderabad,bits pilani,anurag group of institutions.and few other colleges.

in andhra pradesh you can get into gmr engineering college,rvr college of engineering collegeand few others.

yes you can get into jntu hyderabad campus in cse department.

you will get the free seat but you wont be able to get the fee consession or fee reimbuirsement.

As you mention your rank as 21 it is really good rank you may get a you also if you go through counselling round but your admission also depend upon your category so kindly mention your category if you belongs to reserve category you make get admission in  any of these colleges.
