JNTU college of engineering, karimnagar had a cut off 10835 rank for bc_b girls last year for the electronics and electrical engineering branch. So, I am sorry but you won't be able to get admission in the college for EEE branch. However, the cut off varies every year.

Mostly for your rank you have quite few chances to get seat at Osmania University. There are chances that you cannot get seat At OU. Because, the first preference is given to the GATE students while counselling. My better advice is if you have written GATE and if you scored well in GATe then go through GATE counsellig To get Admission. As said earlier thr first preference is given only to GATE rankers than PGECET rankers while the seat allotments. Anyways you can try your luck by attending the counselling. Only TS Eamcet is the way to get seat in JNTUH or OU. Because as these both are the Government universities, these universities doesn’t accept donations or there is are management seats in JNTUH or OU. Only private engineering colleges accepts management quota. You need to write TS eamcet, then your rank must be below 1000 at JNTUH or OU to get Computer Science And Engineering. Based on your rank, there are high chances of you getting a seat in Andhra University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University - [JNTU], Kakinada and Sri Venkateswara University - [SVU], Tirupati as you qualify the expected cutoff for all three colleges. All the three colleges are one of the best colleges of Andhra and are very good with minor difference. However, the best among the three will be JNTUK, followed by SVU and then AU, based on the reputation and alumni base of the college.
