But you can get following colleges with aeronautical engineering:

I am glad to tell you that you have a good rank which is 11083. Let me clarify you that you are eligible to opt any of the branches i.e, CSE, ECE or, EEE in JNTU Hyderabad. If you have a look over the eligibility criteria for admission which is as:

• Pass at 10 + 2 level with PCM as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. 

And the selection criteria is as:

• Must have qualified TS-EAMCET.

sorry to say that as per the last year cutoff from the jntuk it was stated that for the computer science engineering the rank must be below 1500 for obc candidate , so it will be little difficult for you to get but if the seats are available, but dont stop trying...all the best.
