It is not like that may be the server is slow or conmection is slow. You can try again after some moment then you will be abel to see the jntu college in citvoff option. ALl the best.

The cut off depends upon category as well. You should have mentioned your category. A General category student must score more than 100 marks to get admission in JNTU or SVU. But there is no cut off marks for SC/ST category student. So if you are SC/ST category candidate, you have high chances in getting admission in JNTU or SVU.
