As you did not mentioned to which category you belong to, cut off for various male categories in JNTU, Hyderabad.
For CSE &ECE respectively

Assuming you are from open category since I don't have any data for reservation you can get a seat in metallurgy in JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram. For other branches the chances are tough. This is based on previous years cutoffs. You can use the EAMCET College

According to me JNUT kakinanda is better than Pondicherry engineering college. JNTU is quite old college which was established in 1946 and it offers more than 1000 courses in several stream. The chances of getting placement is also better than Pondicherry engineering college, which offers only 21 courses.
I think there are not more chances to get into jntuk,but you have ample chances to get into jntu kalikiri,jntu pulivendula
