For the scholarship at jntu it is mandatory for you to submit and verify the income certificate to avail it because without that they won't be giving you the scholarship.

If the verification has been done online and you haven't submitted then you can't avail it now but you can ask the authorities at JNTU . They are the right person to guide you in this manner. You should mail the jntu regarding this by sending a official mail in their Mail id.

With the above mentioned rank in AP EAMCET and looking at the previous year Cutoff for JNTUK, you have very good chances of getting Petroleum Engineering with your above mentioned Open Category rank. You have very difficult chances of getting CSE, ECE, or Civil engineering as their cutoff's are less than 4-6k and your rank is much higher than that. The rank required for CSE is 1000-1500, for ECE it si around 3k-4k and similarly for civil is it difficult for getting admisison.
