so as per the pevious years your have fair chances.  however evry year cutoff changes and it depends on question level difficulty, candidates category, seat matrix etc.

In the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, the closing rank for the previous year for the electrical and electronics was 11425 and the cutoff rank may go higher this year. So you are on the boundary of the cutoff marks as theere are difficulties for you to get the seat in the above mentioned institute. But you can try in the counselling round for your satisfaction.

Based on 2018 cut off trends the opening rank for SC candidate in Computer science engineering was 9016 and closing rank was 9329.The opening rank for SC candidate in Electronics and communication was 9127 and closing rank was 9477.As you have secured a good rank you have good chances of securing a seat in JNTU, Kakinada.However cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
