Yes you will be able to get admission in some good colleges.. but you cannot get colleges like a you A.U or JNTU with your rank for these colleges you have to rank under 50 .

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I am assuming it to be OC category. Hence, the last rank in OC category to get admission for MCA in JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada is around 1800 rank. For BCA Category, the closing rank for JNTU Kakinada is 11100 rank

JNTU, Hyderabad does offer a 5-year Integrated M.Tech course in CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical and Civil through TS EAMCET examination.

But, Osmania University does NOT offer any integrated course through the TS EAMCET examination.
