    It was a government college at my time so the teachers were not supportive but they were amazing in teaching. It comes second only to ICT in Maharashtra for its chemical department. Traditional and technical oriented curriculum.

    They still refer to the old syllabus. Many new tech and innovations have been done till now, which is absent in the syllabus. The curriculum does not focus on the overall skill development of the student.

    Laxminarayan Institute of technology established in 1942 is an autonomous university. It is premier institute of technology education in the field of chemical engineering and technology in country. The sprawling 78 acre campus acts as a sanctum of learning. The institute hace well B.Tech and M.tech as well as PhD student intake. The quality of study is just phenomenal. One of consistent college of chemical engineering and technology .
