There is no entrance exam for B. Come course and eligibility criteria required is a candidate should pass in 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks. For more details just go through the link provided :

In my opinion VIT Vellore would be a better choice for any stream rather than Manipal University. The former has definetly got a better reputation in terms of placements and rankings. Plus VIT is harder to get into compared to Manipal. The harder it is to get into a university,

Yes Manipal university Karnataka give better facilities than other private institutions.
Yes it have cafeteria, gym, library, WiFi and many more things.
