Last year cutoff of Kasturba medical College, Manipal university, Manipal was 515 (NEET marks) and for Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University mangalore it  was 511.

Other than MSc you don't have much option left with you.After passing B.Sc in my opinion you can do M.B.A so that you can get good job in Abroad if you interested.
