The students who have passed the maximum number of courses in the first attempt or second attempt with a valid reason and a foundation year would be awarded the NID Scholarship for 2nd Year Students. During the admission of the batch, the student who has the highest open rank in the NID admission exam will be awarded the scholarship in the 2nd year.

NID Scholarships | Details |

NID Scholarship for New Admission | Scholarships will be granted to the students with the highest open rank in NID admission, provided the rank is 60 or above. The scholarship amount for the newly admitted student would be Rs. 50,000. |
NID Scholarship for 2nd Year Students | For the second year students, the two top-ranked students of 1st year based on the AGPA of the institution will get scholarships of Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 30,000. |
NID Scholarship for 2nd Year Students: Merit Cum Means Scholarship Grant | The students who have scored a rank within the top 25% of the whole batch of the foundation year, and the students who have stopped among the students, and fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed for the economically weaker section. A sum of Rs. 30,000 in the second year will be granted as a scholarship. |
NID Scholarship for 3rd Year Students | The toppers of each discipline of the Year will get Rs. 50,000. Merit Cum Means Scholarship Grant: for 3rd Year |
NID Scholarship for the Students of the 4th Year | The toppers of the year in each discipline will be awarded Rs. 50000 for each student. Merit cum Means Scholarship Grant The sum of Rs. 30,000 will be awarded in the 4th year to the students who fulfil the eligibility criteria |
In case the student qualifies for the scholarship grants 2A and 2B, he or she will be awarded this scholarship grant 2A, and the next eligible student will be granted this scholarship grant 2 B. If the student qualifies for the scholarship grant 4A, 4B, and 4C, he or she must be awarded the scholarship grant 4A and scholarship grant 4B will be awarded to the next eligible student, and so on.

Academics
I'm pursuing M.des as I'm having interest in UI/UX designing so I adopted this Course from NID.
The faculty are well trained and qualified from best college of designing.
The curriculum is updated and quite hectic, loads of assignment we have to do on daily basses. College provides us workshops that make us job ready.
College Infra
Our college infrastructure is very very good as college have all the advance facilities from advance classroom to studios to advance and well-furnished library.
College area is clean and well maintained by the staff.
college do provide hostels for student, but food of the college hostel is not good.
As I take admission, they provide me design kit and campus has best good training facility for students like advance board, advance software laptops for designing.
College campus does have sports area for students.
Campus Life
The yearly monsoon celebration, aesthetic, and variety of culture activities make NID campus life something to looking forward to.
Event like fashion shows happened in our college at big level.
As college is located in a good near to all the main market, hospital, cafes, malls so the place is safe for students and do handle all the emergency situations.
Placements
As I'm in 1st year so I don't know about much but yes college do provide 95% of placements.
As a Freshes college do provide internship opportunities for all the students.
Even I got internship from college in UI/UX designing at Trackback media.
The highest package of our college is 10 lakhs and avenge package goes to 6 lakhs.
All the college faculty are supportive in our placement process.
Value For Money
For 1st year I had pay 5 lakhs and for 2nd year I have to pay 4 lakhs 40 thousand.
considering the other college design fee our college fee is quite inexpensive and college do provide internships and good placement for student, so money I'm spending is worth it.

Academics
The B.Des courses at our college are all very sought after by aspiring designers, we have great faculty and technical professionals to train us in design thinking as well as how to get going in the industry. The curriculum is based on the Bahaus school of design which is considered as the pioneer functional design in the world. We have an open classroom system wherein students from different disciplines can attend classes of other disciplines. It encourages collaborative endeavours.
College Infra
Love the fact that the spaces in our studios are very mobile, can be changed as per course requirements. Very open, students gets ample working area for individual projects as well and personalisation of your space is permitted which makes it more student friendly. It's a cohesive environment and the labs too are well equipped with trained professionals to guide the students. Hostel rooms are also well maintained as per government standards and the mess food is also pretty decent.
Campus Life
The campus life at NID is definitely something to look forward to with a range of cultural events, the annual monsoon fest, sports etc. Being a small student community of 400-450 students get very familiar with each and everyone by the end of the first year. The staff and facilities also become like family since we reside in the same hostel campus. We have adequate help provided during emergencies, and the college is located in the midst the main city so everything is nearby.
Placements
We have an industry Interface every year and over 100 companies/firms/studios come to offer full time placements as well as six month internships for final semester students for graduation project (both M.Des and B.Des students).
Value For Money
Being the cheapest and the best design school in the country, I would definitely say that it is a very affordable design education considering the fees of other private design colleges in India. NID offers freeships for students coming who need financial leeway. There's an Earn while you Learn program that helps students earn some money by helping in projects given to the institute by government and other agencies.

Yes national institute of design is the institute which is situated a branch in Delhi also and there are 3 courses in delhi ba in interior design it is of 3year course which is part time also available and fee is INR 5lakhs ,diploma in professional interior design and part time is also available and fee is INR 90,000,MA in interior design and part time is also available for this course and fee is INR 5lakhs and this is one of the top and good institute so study well and work hard to get good marks in the future examinations ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
