As far as college life is concerned , I have learned a lot of things. Its a good college but as i mentioned not the best one. College infrastructure is fine but has a tinch of goverment buildings so it needs renovation at a small extent. There is lack of practical exposure in my college i.e no focus on research and projects. The only thing here is getting good CGPA. The only thing i liked as a boy is freedom for us regarding time limits.. but somewhat bad also as girl's hostel timing is till 7 pm only. According to me that should be changed . There are lot of students from neibhouring countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan and also from Maldives.Despite of being in Haryana, the college has a diversified culture. If we talk about our professors, they are good and venerable. There is no doubt they have lot of experience but in my view something has to be changed regarding their teaching way. Giving practical exposure, intalling smart ways to teach using presentations etc can interest a student to attend the class.. Otherwise monotony will remain exist .. Our college is affordable no doubt.. Academic fees, Hostel mess bill.. all seems to be affordable.

It is a good campus. Infrastructure is developing day by day.faculty is very good.even though the hostels are of olden days we feel joyful living in it.feeling enthusiastic for being the part of nit family.I feel it will be better if hostels are improved little bit.regarding placements many top companies come to our college for recruiting students .the thing that which I like most in our collage is technical fest like techsparda and also events like altius ,confluence which give an opportunity to students in developing themselves in many aspects

Nit is like a brand as its name speaks about it.my experience at nit kurukshetra is not so good, the reason may be that i expect more from nit as it is one of the good institutes in india and everyone struggles to get into it.the faculty here is good but some of the professors don't have sufficient knowledge or they can't explain concepts fairly.also the infrastructure is old one.labs are also poor.but certainly i proud to be an nitian
