Hostels for students are located towards Eastern side of the campus in the form of cluster. Three storey buildings of hostels provide comfortable accommodation and pleasing environment to students.

For students and staff 24x7, medical and healthcare services are open. Registered medical officers and para-medical personnel are provided by the medical unit, which provides students and staff some form of medical care in the event of any medical emergency.

Students and team members have been provided with a National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra gymnasium center for fitness maintenance. It is packed with new and cutting-edge technology for various physical activities. 

The NIT Kurukshetra Library has a collection of books, including textbooks, reference books, print & online journals, and e-books, providing students and staff with all the requisite material. The library is also well equipped with audio and video equipment.

National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra Sport complexes are provided for the extracurricular activities for the enrolled candidates so that they can carry out their hobbies too along with the studies. 

The computing department has eight laboratories that are digital networks Lab, Information security lab, Software testing, Computer hardware and Troubleshooting lab, Device and system software lab, Intel i7 Desktop Computers - 200 Nos. 

The NIT Kurukshetra cafeteria is well organized and operated by management with a well-balanced and crafted approach to delivering healthy food following the advice of qualified nutritionists. 

Compared to what the classroom would handle, the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra auditorium on campus has a wider space to cover hundreds of students. 

The University has a good networking for alumni association.

NIT Kurukshetra now has an International standard swimming pool, 50 meters 25 meters x. height, 90 cm. Shallow-end depth and 5 meters deepness at a lower end. It is also fitted with 3 spring boards for diving at 3 meters 5 meters and 7 meters in height at the same time.
