Decent academics. But tough. We have to give three exams in each semester , two mid semesters and one end semester. It becomes tiring. Some proffs are chill and some are strict, they expect you to write exactly what they taught.

Good infrastructure, it is one of the best government colleges in India for B tech. This campus has a long legacy. Campus area is vast with everything available inside. From shops to cafes and stationary.

Overall good campus life, fest are organized regularly, many clubs are active of all kinds. Make friends and you'll be able to enjoy with them and create memories. Campus has sports facilities for all.

Placements are good. Especially for Conputer science department. The highest package this year was 62.5 lpa with median of 16 lpa. For mechanical and other core branches the placements are not that great.

Definitely value for money, fees is relatively low, the overall fee is 7 to 8 lpa without any rebate. But you can easily get rebate if you are from low income background or belong to OBC/SC/ST. Worth it snd value for money.

NIT Kurukshetra is a good place to study. It has both academics and co-curricular activities. I'll first tell you about the life at NIT Kurukshetra: Life will be fun as the college has lots of Clubs, Societies, Crews, Magazines, Fests and all. If you are a part of any of the above, you are to have a lot of parties and get together throughout the year. You'll make a lot of friends. Just keep in mind to choose your friends wisely. The college campus isn't too large or too small, it's just sufficient. It has lots of greenery and scenic beauty. NIT Kurukshetra provides a phenomenal Return on Investment (ROI), making it a high "value-for-money" institution, particularly for engineering students. Because it is a public, government-funded university, its academic fees are kept heavily regulated, while the industrial output and placement packages rival those of expensive private universities.

Teachers were very punctual and very hard working. They were very highly qualified. And always came to provide the lecture and never missed the classes assigned to them. They usually provide practical knowledge and experience to each one of them.

Very good infrastructure, greenery all over was the best part there. All the facilities were absolutely good. Hostel was good but the mess food was very bad. All the sports facilities like badminton court, volleyball court was available. The campus was very big with stores in the campus as well.

It was very fun and enjoyable. There were many clubs and cultural hubs as well. But for girls it was 8pm as in time so for boys it is overall very good.

Placements are decent it usually depends on individual students. When I graduated the placements were very bad because of recession. And maximum students went for higher studies. Although the decent you can consider.

It is overall very good for ROI. Everything was cheap and fees was very nominal. It was basically 30k for 1 year.
