The NIT Mizoram is not the best NIT you can get in india. The education and faculty members all are very helpful but the problem comes with the placement as the placement are very less because not many companies visit here

Average package at NIT-M is around 4.5 to 5.5 lacs per annum. 

At NIT-Mizoram, it rises upto above 5.5 lacs per annum.

Whereas in NIT-N, it is around 4.1 lacs.

Yes, you can definitely choose slide option for CSE in NIT Mizoram, but you must keep this in mind while choosing slide option is that after choosing slide, you won't be eligible for an upgrade in college and only Branch. And if you choose float option then an upgrade
