I think you should go for NIT Silchar for Electronics and Communication Engineering. Because NIT Silchar runs more program than NIT Punduchery that means NIT Silchar Has better infrastructure than NIT P.

please mention ur jee mains marks or rank so that u can know whether u can get seat in nit karaikal or not.

but based on the marks u scored in state board 69.8 percentage it is not eligibile getting a seat

I have secured 1,92,576 crl rank in jee mains 2018 and obc-ncl rank 60,200 so will I get admission in nitpy karaikal in mechnical branch.

If you belong to homestate quota then there is a little possibility for you in getting seat at NIT Puducherry else it is hard to get seat there.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at NIT Puducherry is still developing and does not yet match older NITs. While basic facilities like classrooms, laboratories, and hostels are available, students often report issues such as crowded hostels, ongoing construction, and average maintenance. The campus location in Karaikal is relatively remote, which also limits exposure and campus life compared to colleges in bigger cities

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at NIT Puducherry is developing steadily as it is a relatively new institute. The permanent campus is modern with well-designed classrooms, labs, and administrative buildings. Laboratories are equipped with necessary tools, though some facilities are still expanding. The library provides essential academic resources. Hostels are clean and comfortable, and basic amenities are available. Overall, the infrastructure is good and improving with time.

College Infrastructure

This college has good infrastructure and all necessary things. Among other new nits, this nit has a permanent campus and developing at a very faster rate. But one disadvantage is there is no single tree in whole campus.
